There's definitely a difference between Frank and Joji. When he's done filming sometimes he'll walk out of the room in the Frank shirt just like "what?" Meanwhile he's covered in ravioli sauce and half his shirt is unbuttoned. Sorta like in that one video where he's sitting in the bathroom as Joji and does the Frank voice.
Also, when you're sad he talks to you in the Frank voice but really not helpful things that so happen to be funny.
"What's wrong?" *frank voice*
"Nothing it's cool..."
"You know what the hardest part of a vegetable is?" *frank voice*
"...what?"
"The wheelchair." And by this point even Joji laughs regularly because he loves it that he can make you happy from something so stupid.
