After school you head up to the library, glancing around you pick your spot. A crimson chair in the corner of the room satisfies you, *No one will bother me if I'm alone* you whisper to yourself. From your ebony backpack you pull a large booklet full of English homework, due in after Christmas. Time passes by so quickly that you don't even realise that you've finished half the book. You feel eyes burn into your side as you swivel around. "What do you want Ash?" You sigh, knowing who it was before even looking at him.
"I need a favour" he demands
"So let me get this straight" you laugh walking out of school, " You want me to be your little girlfriend because you don't want nanna Dagwood to be upset and disappointed in you?" You giggle "She has two months to live" Ash sighs "I want her to die happy" "Shit, sorry" you reply, a little disappointed in yourself for laughing. "I don't need your empathy" He snaps "I'm fine" he adds. "So, you in or out?" Ash asks after what seems like an eternity. "I'll do it" you respond.
Sorry that this isn't long and that it's waaaaay over due 😂
