TEEN WOLF
CHAPTER NINE; THE GIRL WHO KNEW TOO MUCH
(S3aE9)

NICOLE's point of view

I honestly didn't know how the hell Scott got my number. I don't think I remember ever giving it to him. And I don't know why the hell I agreed to meet him at the school. He said that Lydia had found another body. It was a deputy. Deputy Tara.

I pulled up at the same time as Scott and Stiles. I really didn't want to see Stiles as all since Peter told him what I did. I wouldn't be able to handle that same look of betrayal he had on his face at the loft. But I guess I'll have to try.

I climbed out of my car, shoving my hands in my back pockets. "Why do I have to be here again?"

Scott shrugged. Stiles hopped out of his car and his eyes sort of widened when he saw me but I didn't look at him. I just started looking around for Lydia.

"Where is she?" Stiles asked.

"Over here." Lydia called out as she and Allison walked up to us.

We walked over to them and Lydia had this terrified look on her face.

"Lydia?"

"It's the same thing. Same thing as the pool." She rushed out. "I got into the car heading somewhere totally different, and ended up. And you told me to call you if there's a dead body."

"Okay, so, I kind know what you are but then I could be wrong." I said slowly. All of their heads snapped towards me.

"What? What is she?" Allison asked.

"Probably a banshee." I shrugged. "Anyways, you found a dead body?"

"Not yet." Lydia shook her head.

"Not yet? What do you mean 'not yet'?" Stiles exclaimed.

"Lydia, you're supposed to call us after you find the dead body." Stiles continued.

"Oh, no, I'm not doing that again." Lydia hissed. My head snapped to the side when the smell of blood hit my nose. I grabbed Scotts wrist.

"Do you smell that?" I whispered quietly only for him to hear.

Scott furrowed his eyebrows before sniffing the air. He walked forward in somewhat of a trance.

"Guys!" Scott yelled, interrupting Stiles and Lydia's argument. "I found the dead body."

I started to breath heavily seeing the deputy's body laying on the schools sign with her blood all over it. I didn't know why the smell of blood smell so good. It just did. And I wanted some.

"Nicole, are you okay?" Allison asked me as I was squeezing my eyes shut. I was trying to get the smell of blood out of my mind and think about something else. Like burritos or buffalo fries. Something.

Someone's hand laid on my shoulder but I slapped it off, feeling okay. "I'm fine."

I noticed that it was Stiles who was the one who put his hand on my shoulder. I felt bad for snapping at him immediately. I ran towards my car and quickly sped away.

School. Why the hell do I still have to go to school? It's so irrelevant. Seriously, all the teachers are annoying, along with the students. I might stop going and stay with Cora. Speaking of Cora, I stayed at the loft again and this morning I found her stomping down the stairs with a determined look on her face.
