“My whole life I have been bending over backwards to protect your feelings. And you what? It's not my fault you're so insecure.”

“And I'm sure it's not your fault you're so conceited.”

“I'm just tired of trying to hold myself back so I don't outshine you.”

“Oh my god. Can you hear the words that are coming out of your mouth?”

“It's just the truth. From now on, I'm going to be who I am. And if you can support that and not be threatened and competitive, then great. If not...”

“I can’t believe it,” Bianca gasped. “Sophia, I can’t believe Serena would say that to Blair.” She looked back at the television.

While the girls were watching Gossip Girl, the boys were in the kitchen, happily munching on the food in front of them.

“So much girl talk over there, ladies!” Harry called out. Niall - whose mouth was full – gave Harry a thumbs up.

“Don’t mind Harry, girls. He’s just jealous.” Louis snickered along with the rest including the girls.

"Haha, very funny Lou." Harry sarcastically responeded.

Sophia's POV

It was already past midnight when we all finished eating. I never noticed how much time we've wasted watching the show.

The boys are actually really nice and funny once you get to know them. At first I thought life was going to be hell with these monkeys around, but then I realized that I, myself, was also a monkey.

While I started washing the dishes away, everybody else got tired and went to their rooms. They didn't even bother to help, how nice.

"Paul, are you sure you're gonna be alright?" I hear Bianca ask Paul.

"Yea. Been sleepin' on couches for weeks now. I'm already used to it." he responded, just as I finished cleaning.

"G'night, ladies." Paul settled himself.

"Goodnight Paul." both Bianca and I said our farewells and walked up the stairs.

Once I reached my destination I saw Niall inside my room. On my bed, sitting on the edge with a worried look on his face. He kept fiddling his thumbs as I walked closer to him. "Ni? You okay? What's wrong?" I asked, closing the door behind me. His face was serious, not even a glint in his eyes or a smile formed on his lips. Just a serious look. His eyes were a deep dark color of blue with a black ring in the middle of his eye.

"I need to talk to you." Uh-oh.

"Sure," I was unsure of what to say next. "What do you want to talk about?" As soon as I sat down beside him, he stood up.

"Not here." he whispered, exiting the room.

I stood up and followed him up. Up to the balcony.

What was so important that he had to say it up here in the balcony?

Was there a problem in the house or something? Was the food not good enough? Was his stomach hurt again? I seriously don't know what's going to happen, but I have a feeling that it's going to get bad.

"Beautiful night isn't it?" he asked.

"Not really. It's too bright. Too many stars in my opinion." I replied, looking up.

"That's the beauty of it," he whispers, as I got closer. "Did you know that guys are like stars?"

"Hmm..How so?" I asked.
