And I don't own any of the characters just Riley and a few more. You should know which ones are mine and not mine. I only own the plot and Riley and some other characters.
When I came back to Riley's bedroom, she wasn't there! Oh no, this is bad! Okay, Conner calm down. Just think. Where would she be? The kitchen? No I was just there. Ummm... The living room! So I went off to the living room to see that she was watching something then fell asleep.
As I got closer to Riley, she started to move slightly. "Rise and shine, cutie."
"But, I don't wanna get up. It's warm here," She whined. "But if I get up, do I get a cuddle?" she asked with her cute baby voice.
Damn it! She knows that's my soft spot. "Yes you do get a cuddle," I sighed in defeat.
She giggled as she got up. Soon as she got up, the Gotham news came on.
"The Joker has broken out of Arkham once again. And he's after 'Haven' in the Young Justice team. That's it for now on the Joker's case. This was Gene Flynn. And back to you Jimmy!"
I instantly knew who they were talking about. But I don't think Riley does. She barely knows everybody here! I swear if Joker does lay one finger on Riley. He. Is. Dead.
Riley's P.O.V
Oh crap! What have I do now?! Why does Joker even try to get me, when he knows he doesn't have a chance with me. I'm guessing he never learns his lessons then. I hope Conner doesn't ask me thousands of questions. Or the whole team... I guess soon it's time to come clean... I quickly ran up to my room and got changed. (Pic below)

After I got changed I went back to the living room.
"Hey, Conner? Can we go into town?"
"Umm... Sure! Why??"
"Cause, I'm really bored, and I really want to?"
" Sure! Just give me a sec, I need to get changed,"
"Okay!"
Conner's P.O.V
I rushed up to my room to get changed into something else. (Pic below)

Once I finished, I came down the stairs. Riley was talking to her dad and the rest the original seven. I came up to my dad, "Hey, dad?"
"Yes son?"
"Is it okay if Riley and I go into town?"
"I'm afraid that's a no. Because Joker somehow broke out of Arkham."
"Okay..." I said with sadness hidden in my voice. I made my way to Riley. I told her about Joker, her looked so upset.
