Chapter 4 - Kisses

Katies PoV (weirdunicorngirl___ )

"I'm called Katie," I replied timidly whilst Joe carefully pulled me in for a hug.
In his arms I felt so...
Safe.
I got a waft of his manly cologne and it smelt really nice.
Wow.
I really am falling for him.

We talked for what felt like hours while the others were chatting aswell. We exchanged numbers, took selfies and after a while started sending eachother texts. He sent me a photo that we took together.

Joe - who's that preety girl on the photo😊X
Me - Idk, I'm more interested in that guy. He's cute🙃😉 Xx
Joe - Nah, that guy isn't anything compared to that cutie. 😘 xx
Me- Nooooo💭😂😍 xxx

I looked up and everyone had left the room to go see Charli's new house. Except from Joe. He made his way over to me and sat down saying
"I don't want to make things wierd Katie but, I feel like we have a connection and we really get along. Would you want to go on a date sometime?"

Joes PoV

For a while, she just daydreamed away just glancing at me until she said,
"I would love to but I just don't want to get too pushy or seem like I get too obsessed overyou and..."

I leaned in for a kiss and she accepted me.
I can't believe I just did that.
I quickly but carefully moved away since the others were coming downstairs now.

"That was a way to stop you going on aswell haha," I whispered as the others came in. They gave me and Katie the look when you've been up too something but us two just giggled.

We carried on the night casually chatting to eachother like nothing happened. At one point I was talking to Charli and I was really tempted to tell her about how I feel for Katie and the kiss. She's my friend so she should know everything really but I'm sure Katie will eventually tell her anyway.

At about 10pm, Jack pulled me to the side and told me
"I don't want to tell anyone really but I have a burning urge to"
I replied hesitantly
"What is it? Is something wrong?"
"Well," he whispered cautiously "I like Charli and I think she likes me. "
"Ooh. Good luck talking to her "I said with a wink whilst walking into the main room again.

When it came to picking rooms, it ended out to be,
-me and Caspar in one room
-Mikey and josh in another
-Conor and Jack in one
And the girls had separate rooms.

Jacks PoV

For some reason, I woke up at 4am and couldn't get back to sleep. I had tried loads of stuff but I was wide awake.
*noise of a door down the corridor opening*
I decided to peep out the door and saw Charli. She looked stunning.
Messy bun, pjs with unicorns all over and knee high socks.
How come she looks so good at this time in a morning?

She opened a door to a cabinet and got a spare duvet then tiptoed downstairs.
If I follow her downstairs will I be a creep?

Charli's PoV

I put down the duvet then skipped into the kitchen. To wake myself up, I filled up the kettle and turned it on to make a tea for myself. Whilst that was brewing, I sat on the swivel stool next to the island and scrolled down Instagram.

"Hey..." I turned around and saw Jack. He looked damn good.
"Not intruding am I?" He softly asked.

"No,no I just couldn't get to sleep! Do you want a drink?" I replied whilst gesturing him to sit down.
"Coffee please : a bit of milk and no sugar thanks" he told.

After the drinks were made we then went to the living room and sat down on the sofa.
"Wanna watch a movie?" I said, handing him the remote.
He took it and surfed Netflix until he grinned and found paranormal activity.
"Really?!" I whispered sternly whilst grabbing onto the duvet.
"Yes...I will keep you safe, move up"

25 minutes through the movie, I jumped so high I swear down my head touched the ceiling.
When I then landed, I was turned facing Jack.
I laid my head on his chest whilst hugging him tight yet able for him to breathe.
His hand took my chin upwards and my lips met his.
I am kissing Jack Maynard.
My best friends brother.

After the passionate kiss had come to an end, I hesitantly whispered,
"What about Conor? He's my best friend and your his brother?"
"I know, if he knows I really love you it will be okay"

I trust him.
I hope Conor does too.
