Mistake?

He cares about me?

you arrive home and went in the house that zayn rent for you and him..well mostly you. You then notice that Zayn wasn't home, but you wanted to show him the ultrasound picture. So you left the ultrasound picture on the table in the living room with a little note. You were getting really tired lately and all you want to do is sleep. It must that your pregnant. You went to your room which is right next to zayn's room.

Zayn's POV:

I went in the house and saw that the lights were on, so it must means hat (y/n) is already home from the hospital a while ago. There something that is stinging my heart, but I don't know what is it. I felt really guilty when I left (y/n) by herself going to the hospital alone because I wasn't hanging out with the lads, I was spending the day with.....Perrie. she called me this morning saying that she want to spend time with me and talk about our relationship. I went to the living room and said a picture. I picked it up and saw that it was the ultrasound picture. This is my baby? This is!! There was also a note that goes with it saying:

"Hey Zayn, umm...here's a picture of the ultrasound. The doctor said that the baby is doing great and the next ultrasound will be in two months. Its ok if you didn't go to the first ultrasound with me...we still got the next appointment, so don't feel bad. it's not your fault, you were just busy that's all. Oya there's food in the refrigerator, so help yourself and get some sleep. If you need anything I'm in my room..I might be sleeping by then, but just wake me up.  -(y/n)"

Now I feel very guilty for leaving (y/n) alone. She is so sweet, kind and always think about others. How could I leave her all alone like this. like she have my baby inside her, I should be next to her and take care of her.

Author's POV:

You heard noises coming from downstairs. so you walked downstairs silently and see who it was. it turns out that it was Zayn. "oh hey Zayn, didn't know you would come home this early." you said rubbing your eyes. Zayn didn't say anything. "Zayn you ok? why are you crying? are you hurt?" you ask panicking. "I'm sorry" that's all zayn can say 'I'm sorry?!' why? you ask yourself. "sorry for wat?" you ask him. He sighed and said "I'm sorry because I left you alone."  "but it wasn't your fault Zayn, I understand that you are busy because of your career. it's ok." you said smiling at him. "no (y/n), it wasn't my career. I actually spend the day with........Perrie." after you heard her name, your heart shader into pieces. all you can think of was 'he lied to me' 'he spend the day with perrie' 'he didn't care about me and the baby'.

you said silent the whole time looking into his hazel eyes that you fell in love with. Your eyes were getting watery. "(y/n) I know it's my fault. I'm sorry!!" zayn said getting on his knees. you still didn't say  anything. "(y/n) please say something, please." zayn said begging you. "(y/n)?" 

you tried to hold back your tears but can't. "Zayn-n, it's ok. i-m f-fine" you said in between crying. you got on your knees with him and said" its ok, don't cry. you don't have to worry anything about me. plus I know your with me because of the baby." you said wiping away his tears. You then got up and was about to go upstairs until and a pair of hands yanked you back and hugged you. "no (y/n), I here because of you. i-I love you"
