She asked him,
"What is love?"
He turned around and looked at her.
"What is love?"

"Love is her.
Love is being able to catch every breath when I'm with her.
Love is waking up to her and her beautiful smile.
Love is when she doesn't even try to make me laugh
Love is when she annoys me, when she gets on my last nerve, then I get mad and the she gets mad for me being mad at her.
But I could never stay mad at her, especially when she's has this irresistible charm.
Love is giving up everything for her to be in my arms.
Love is counting the stars with her head on my chest, listening to my heart beat, beat for her.
Love is when we fight endlessly, but in the end we cry and work it out.

Despite all the good and bad we've been through I love her, only her, till I take my last breath.
Because I would do anything for her.
For without her, I don't exist.

You asked me 'What is love?'
Love is her...
You

She looked up at him emotionlessly.
"You are wrong, I am incapable of such a thing, because such a thing does not exist.
Love is a game for fools, love is for the weak."

Taken aback with his lover's response,
"No. No.
Love is me... You.... Us.
Love is powerful, it's what makes us indestructible.
We are made for each other, soulmates."
He stopped, slowly, beginning to raise his hand and placing it on her cheek.

"What is love?" He smiled with hope.
"I wouldn't know, I am not capable of such a thing. The devil sucked out all of me and left me with a black heart, a heart that doesn't love you, but one that resents you.
Love is for the weak, weak naive fools like yourself.

Love.. Give up, stop antagonising yourself.
For such a thing is not real, it does not exist.

Me... You... Us...
