I couldn't sleep. I felt like if I fell asleep in this hell I would go strait into another one. All of the people were assigned a house. Me, Chuck, and Bailey decided to live in a house together. Me and Chuck shared a bed on the second floor. Bailey had a room on the first floor. On the first floor there was a kitchen supplied with all the cooking stuff we need. There was a nice little chandelier hanging from the ceiling. If we needed more of something we had to go to this little stand near the dome and they gave it to us. There was a living room with a two seater couch and a chair. There was two lamps for light and a window. There was two bedrooms. They both came with a king sized bed and sheets. There was a light hanging from the ceiling and two windows. The floor was a nice pine wood. One Bailey slept in and the other we would use for storage. There was bathroom with a bathtub. It had a washer and dryer. There was a vanity with lights. Upstairs only had two bedrooms and a bathroom. Me and chuck had the master bedroom and the other one was the guest bedroom. The bathroom was bigger than the one downstairs but only because there were no washing and drying machines.

I went downstairs to make breakfast. I was going to make eggs and bacon. I looked around but couldn't find any food. I sent Chuck to go get some eggs and bacon. It took ten minutes before he returned with eggs, bacon, milk, butter, pepper, and some orange juice. I pulled out two pans and started cooking.

"Something smells really good!" Bailey walked into the room sniffing and smiling.

     "Thanks," I smiled towards her.

"Whatcha cooking?" Bailey tried to grab a bite.

"Eggs and bacon." I smacked her hand away.

     "Yum."

I grabbed plates for everyone and put some food on their plates. There was a little table in the kitchen that we sat and ate at.

"This is really good babe," Chuck said with a full mouth.

"Chew before you speak!" I faked gagged myself.

"Is this how breakfast usually is at your house?" Bailey giggled.

"Sometimes. We usually don't have to time to eat together in the morning." I frowned.

"We can now," Chuck said so quietly I could barley hear him.

"It's going to be okay sweetie," I put my hand in top of his.

"We should go walk around today. Maybe see what there is to do." Bailey said breaking the silence.

"Yeah I just gotta do dishes," I said collected everyone's plates.

We walked outside for a couple blocks until we found a park. We went to the park and there was little kids running around playing in a creek.

Everything went quiet as the same voice from yesterday boomed from the sky.

"Today's fighters will be Tina Fox. 24 female. And Vanessa Fulton. 23 female. Everyone is welcomed to come to the dome and watch the first day fight!" The voice echoed.

"Lets go back home. Now!" Chuck grabbed my arm and dragged me all the way home to bed.

It was about 3:30 when we got home just before the fight. We could hear people walk down the streets excited for the death. It made me sick.

I got leftovers from this morning for lunch. Everyone sat back at the little table and ate in silence. Everyone was to scared to talk.

"I'm going to bed. I didn't sleep last night," I stood up and walked to the bedroom.

I layed down in bed for a while thinking. When will I have to fight? Will I die or will I kill?

I was thinking hard then I just fell asleep. I snapped quickly into a deep sleep.
