Taming My Husband

The best day ever

I woke up to the smiling face of my husband. The best sight ever.
'Good morning Noor', says Adi pecking me softly on the lips. 'Good morning Adi', I reply kissing his stubble covered jaw. Hmm. I can remember the pleasure that I got from that stubble last night. I start blushing.

'Are you recalling last night?', asks a smug Adi. I hide my face in his chest and mumble a soft yes. He chuckles and says,'I never thought I would see a day when you will feel shy with me. What happened to my bold and sarcastic wife?'.

That makes me get out of my hiding only to look into his eye and reply,' She is still here. She just got swayed a little bit by her husband last night'. Adi rolls on top of me and says with a wicked grin,' Can your husband sway you again this fine morning?' I give him a seductive smile and start placing small kisses along his jawline till I reach his ear. I kiss on his spot making him shiver and aroused and whisper in his ear,'Your wife gets swayed everytime she looks at you. But this morning won't be fine as you made her sore last night'. I place a kiss on his cheek and push him aside and run to the bathing room.

I hear his groan of frustration and hear him say,'I'll get you back for that'. I chuckle and go on to shower. I take a moment to look at myself in the mirror and try to remember his touch on my body. It feels surreal. I feel so beautiful and loved and wanted. Last night couldn't have been more perfect. I finally have what I have wanted all my life and I am not letting this go away ever.

The next few days of our honeymoon were spent in sheer joy and love making. Adi is the sweetest husband ever. He is caring and is absolutely great in bed. I'm in a perpetual heaven. Mauritius has definitely become my new favourite. We are leaving this place tomorrow and I am going to miss it so much. I am finished with packing my bags. I'm just waiting for Adi to come back. He told me he is going out on some important business but didn't give me the details. I wonder what it could be.

ADITYA'S POV

I am in love. There is absolutely no way around this. I am one hundred percent madly, irrevocably and totally in love with Noor. There is no other possible explanation to the bliss that I have experienced since we landed in Mauritius. All my doubts about her loyalty were put to rest the night we consummated our marriage. She truly loves me and wants me. That is more than enough for me to trust her. But can I trust her with my heart?

I don't know when I fell for her, but during our intimate moment when I saw her looking at me with such raw emotions, I knew that I would do anything in this world to make her happy. I made a promise to myself that I would never take her for granted and love her like she deserves to be loved.

She is the most beautiful person that I have ever met in my life. I can't believe that someone like her loves someone like me. How could she? I treated her roughly and this is how she repays me, by loving me unquestionably.

The night she described the kind of marriage that she wanted was when I began to understand the meaning of marriage through her eyes. She is a beautiful soul who sees beauty in everything, even marriage, which I thought to be a game of control. I thought hard after that night, contemplating the meaning and purpose of everything in my life. I started seeing her in a new light after that. And when I saw the true Noor, I was left in awe of her. I can only say that her name suits her the best.  She is truly a Noor. A Noor of my eyes, of my lonely life.

She is waiting for me in the hotel room right now. I told her I was going out for something urgent but I actually went out to get a telescope and a star guide for her. Since she loves stars so much I thought this would be the perfect way to end our honeymoon.

I knock the door and enter to see Noor waiting for me besides the packed bags. She looks angelic. She senses my presence and turns her face towards me and gives me her charming smile which makes feel like the luckiest man on this earth. 'You are here', she says wrapping her arms around my neck. 'I am. I've got something for you . It will be a reminder of all our time spent here. I hope you will like it'. She quickly unwraps the gift and soon her face turns sad. Oh God! She didn't like it.

She places the gift on the bed and starts moving towards me. She holds my face in her hands and kisses me with the sweetest kiss I have ever received from her. 'That is the most perfect gift that you could have bought for me. Thank you so much for that. It is the perfect reminder of our memories of here and the new memories that we will make together with it. I love you'. That brings a huge smile to my face and I kiss her to my heart's content. 'Let's go. The car is waiting outside the lobby to drive us to the airport'. She nods her head in a yes. With one last peck on her lips I pick up the bags and leave the room. We got everything settled in the car. Soon we were on our way to the airport.

I will always remember this place. It got me to experience what real love feels like. I am planning to confess my love to her on her birthday. That will be the perfect present for her.
