Lift you left arm up
Lift your right arm up
Stretch your palm out
Look at yourself again
Little kids say they want to be superheroes everyday. You are one. You just did all of that by thinking about what you want to do.
Put your arms down
Lift your leg but have it bent at the knee
Kick a wall
How did you feel that
How are you magically formed to feel things
Next time your in pain, think about how your in pain and why it hurts. It works for me so I hope it works for you. The pain becomes almost numb.
