GO! - A Gerard Way fanfic

ANSWER MY QUESTION (By Kitty & Lily)

 quickly pulled on my twenty one pilots t-shirt, some black shorts and my red Converse All-Stars.

I brushed out my hair and decided to leave it as it was.

"Oh crap" I whispered to myself.

I am going to see Gerard again, what do I say to my mom?

I'll tell her I'm going to Lily's house.

I stepped down the creaky wooden stairs which ended right in front of the door.

"I'm going to Lily's house!" I yelled to my mom.

"Okay honey, be back by around 5 for dinner!" She replied.

"Alright!"

I turned the brass door knob and stepped out onto the small porch.

I hate lying to my mom but I don't want her to get suspicious.

My school was about 10 minutes away from my house so I walked there.

The wind was blowing furiously and I was regretting leaving my hair down.

I walked up to the playground and sat on one of the swings.

I looked at my phone, it was 12:01, Gerard will be here any minute now.

I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket.

I pulled it out and saw I had a Twitter notification, it was probably Gerard.

[12:02pm]

@GerardWay: Uh, I'll be a few minutes late, I had to pick up something ;)

@CowardlyKitty: Um, okay, see you soon <3

@GerardWay: You too bae C:

@CowardlyKitty: did you just fricking call me "bae"?

@GerardWay: *Kitty

@CowardlyKitty: -_-

@GerardWay: well see you soon

@CowardlyKitty: bai

I put down my phone.

Gerard called me "bae", should I be flattered or disgusted?

I saw Gerard on the horizon, he had his arm behind his back.

"Hey buddy chum pal" I said, making a subtle reference.

He walked over and sat down on the swing next to me.

He cleared his throat.

"Hey.. I um, I got you something"

He pulled his arm out from behind him.

He was holding a bunch of flowers.

He blushed.

"Red, your favorite color.." He said quietly.

"Oh my gosh Gerard, thank you so much" I replied trying to hide my feelings.

He handed them to me and I took them.

I looked down at them, they were so pretty.

"I love you Kitty, and I hope you love the flowers"

My eyes widened.

It felt.. different, to love a real person.

I looked over at him, he was smiling.

I got up from my swing and walked over to Gerard's.
