"Do you want to stay at my place tonight?" Gerard shyly asked me.

"Umm, let me ask my mom first.." I replied.

"Okay." Gerard smiled.

I started to walk out of the forest with Gerard and Pepper.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and texted my mom.

[12:43pm]

Kitty: Hey

Mom: Hello

Kitty: Can I stay at Lily's tonight?

Mom: Yeah

Kitty: Thanks

Mom: Are you coming home now?

Kitty: Yes

Mom: Okay, see you in a bit

Kitty: Okay

"My mom said I can." I turned to face Gerard.

"Yay!" he exclaimed.

"You can't come with me to get my clothes though..." 

"What? Why?" 

"Uh... Well, I guess you could."

"Okay."

We started to walk to my house.

I opened the door.

"Hey!" I called through the house while unhooking the leash from Pepper's collar.

"Hello." My mom yelled as she came to the door. "Who's that?"

"Uh, Gerard."

"Oh, hello Gerard."

"Hi." Gerard said.

"How are you?"

"I'm good." Gerard replied to my mom.

My mom turned to me. 

"I packed your clothes for you." She told me as she handed me a bag with clothes in it.

"so do you go to school together?" She asked Gerard and I.

"Yeah." Gerard replied. "we're actually dating" Gerard said quickly.

I glanced at him, hoping my mom didn't understand what he said.

"Oh really now" she said while staring at us.

"uh...."

"Yep." Gerard cheekily said.

"Kitty, can I talk to you for a second." My mom said, motioning for me to come into the living room. I walked nervously into the living room.

"I told you not to be dating anyone until you were an adult, Kitty."

"Mom, Im 16, I think im old enough."

"Kitty, where are you going tonight?"

"Gerard's house..."

She sighed. "You have been lying to me?"

"Yes, Im sorry."

"Kitty, how long have you been dating Gerard."

"Like a week."

"Kitty, tell me next time."

"I will mom." I said as I walked towards the front door to where Gerard was.

"Nice meeting you Gerard. See you tomorrow Kitty." 

"Bye." I quickly mumbled as I opened the door and walked out of it.

"Gerard why did you say that?"

"Wait... Did she not know?"

"No, I never told her."

"I'm sorry, babe." He quietly said as he pulled me into a hug.

"Its fine."

Gerard opened the front door of his house and gestured for me to walk in. He closed the door behind us.

"My parents aren't home right now." He told me. "I don't know about Mikey though."

"Oh great." 

"My room?" He asked me.

"Sure."

He guided me to his room and closed his door.

I set my bag down on his bed and pulled out my phone. It was 2:21pm. I noticed someone was trying to text me.

[1:11pm]

Lily: Hey

Lily: Its 1:11pm.

Lily: WHAT ARE YOU DOING RIGHT NOW

Lily: Kitteh

Lily: Plz

Lily: I got a scab on my cheek somehow

Lily: WTF YOUR USUALLY ON BY NOW

[2:26pm]

Kitty: Hi.

Kitty: Im at my friends

Kitty: Gerards

Lily: OMG HAI

Kitty: What did you want

Lily: TO Talk to you

Kitty: Well Im at Gerards

Kitty: Bye

Lily: WAT NO

Kitty: sorry bai

Lily: 🖕

Kitty: Wow your nice

Lily: Thx

Kitty: isnt that one too tan for you though

Lily: 🖕🏻

Kitty: You found one that is almost pale enough

Lily: SHUT UP

Kitty: okay bye

Lily: FINE ILL BE IN MY EMO HOLE IF YOU NEED ME

I put my phone back into my pocket.

"Your room is nice." I complimented Gerards room.

"Thanks."

"Is Mikey home?"

"I dont know, if he is, I dont have a lock on my door."

It was almost midnight, I was actually tired for once. 

"Gerard? Where do I sleep?" I asked him.

"You can sleep with me tonight."

"Okay, Im gonna get changed..."

I got up and went into the bathroom with my pajamas. I got changed into a baggy t-shirt and shorts. I walked out into the living room where I had been watching a movie with Gerard.

"I think I'm going to go to bed..." I told Gerard.

"Okay, I'll be there soon."

I walked into Gerards room and laid down on his bed. It was comfortable. I fell asleep.

I was woken up by the sound of Gerard's door opening.

Gerard was in his pajamas as well. He laid down beside me and put his arm around my waist.

"I love you..." he whispered into my ear.

"Love you too.." I whispered quietly to him.
