It's raining again. The wind and splatters against the windows give it away without Zay having to look to make sure. The trees sway in the wind and bend to the motion the leaves rustling makes her shiver, chills sent down her spine. She walks outside ready for her evening stroll, The grey skies dismal as she looks up at them, her eyes reflecting the light. Even though the rain starts to soak her she keeps walking. The splashes of rain against the concrete is soothing as her mind races. Suddenly she hears running footsteps and a growl behind her, she turns and looks but no one is there. She turns and tries to continue walking but her heart is pounding, adrenaline rushing through her veins as she tries to calm herself. She looks ahead and the bridge isn't that far ahead of her so she keeps her pace steady but the sky darkens further and she picks up her pace as the growling begins again. An eye appears in her vision as everything goes black around her she can no longer see anything except the eye, golden yellow with a slit like a snake she panics and tries to scream but something grabs her throat and squeezes hard she feels the claws piercing her skin digging into her as she squirms. She feels the wet hot tears drip down her cheeks mixing with the blood that is oozing from her throat. As it fades to black the only thing she hears is "you are not the first I've gotten.. Nor will you be the last." The eye burns her vision until she can't see anymore. Her death comes slowly as the jagged claws slowly crush her windpipe and blood floods her airways.
