Before Curse
Isabelle's P.O.V.
As Aladdin, Ariel and I left we wanted to make sure we weren't being followed so we left the house and circled around a bit. After we were sure that no one was following us we went towards the town. When we got there we found out that we were on the very very south part of the Enchanted Forrest.
I look at the list that Peter gave to me.
"What is that for?" Aladdin asks.
"I have to get away from the Evil Queen and this is the only way to do that. I went to a place called Neverland and a boy named Peter Pan told me to get the things on this list and then I can return to Neverland and escape the Evil Queen for good," I respond.
"You can't go back to Neverland. Pan is way to dangerous," Ariel says.
"He didn't seem dangerous when I met him. He seemed... sweet."
"No he is pure evil. If you think the Queen is bad, oh you have no idea about Pan."
During Curse
Katelynn's P.O.V.
Usually on Saturdays me, Scarlet, and Kellin would have a movie night, but not this Saturday. I just sat at home all day and did nothing.
"Why aren't you going to Scarlet's tonight?" My mom asked.
"We got in this huge fight," I respond
"What about?"
"Kellin. And Robbie."
"Who is Robbie?"
"Robbie Kay? The one that I've had a crush on forever."
"Oh yeah. I like that boy," she says to me. "So what did you guys get in a fight about?"
I explain to my mom what happened and all she did was look at me and listen. She didn't lecture me about any of it.
When I finished was when she finally said something, "Well I think Kellin overreacted to the situation and should have just let it be. But what I don't get is why did you ride with him?" She asks.
"I rode with him because I didn't want to walk and he offered," I say to her.
"Are you sure that's it?" She presses on.
"Yes I am sure."
"Okay."
I was so bored I decided to go on a walk. I went to the woods just to clear my head. I walked for about three hours by then it was already dark. I decided it was time for me to head back home. Right when I am about to turn around I hear a growling behind me. I turn around slowly and see a giant wolf staring at me. I back up and the wolf takes a step closer. I then turn back around and break into a sprint. I run for what seems like forever and then run right into something. I fall straight on my ass. I then look up to see what I hit and I realise that it was Robbie.
"What are you doing out here so late?" He asks me.
"I could ask you the same thing," I respond.
"I'm out here because I needed to clear my head," he says.
"Me too. This is the first weekend that I am not doing anything."
"I'm sorry. I never do anything over the weekend. Considering I have no friends," he says with a sad look in his eye. "What were you running from?"
"There was a giant wolf chasing me," his eyes then went from sad to looking at me like I was crazy. "What? You don't believe me?" I ask.
"I didn't say that. I just have never heard of wolves up here. Are you sure that's what it was and not just a big dog?"
"Yeah I am positive," I say with an annoyed tone in my voice
"Ok ok," he says and puts his hands up defensively. "We should probably go."
"Yeah."
We start leaving the woods together and he walks me all the way home. I get up to the door and find out it is locked. "Damn it," I whisper.
"What's wrong?" Robbie asks.
"I missed curfew," I respond, "my mom locks the door after midnight and doesn't unlock it until eight in the morning."
"That sucks," he says. "Where are you gonna go?"
"I usually go to Scarlet's but considering what happened. I don't think she wants to see me," I respond.
He pauses for a little bit and looks like he is thinking about something. "You can stay at my house if you want. If you don't..."
"Oh my god. Really? That would be great," I say
"Okay. Lets go." He then leads the way to his house.
When we get there the house is all lit up. We walk in the house and his parents are sitting on the couch.
"Robert Andrew Kay! Where have you been?! It is almost 12:30!" His mom yells.
"I was out," he responds.
"Well you know your..." She starts loudly but then her voice gets quiet, "Oh my goodness. I am so sorry I didn't realise you brought someone over. What's your name?" She asks me.
"I'm Katelynn," I say, "my mom locked me out of the house and Robbie said I could stay here. If that is too much trouble I could leave."
"Oh no no no dear. You can stay here as long as you need. Robbie show her to our guest room." He then leads me up stairs and takes me to what I'm guessing is the guest room.
I walk in and it is a lot bigger than my room.
"You can stay in here," Robbie says.
"Thank you. Oh. Um do you have something I could sleep in?" I ask looking down at my jeans, which are not very comfortable to sleep in.
"Yeah hang on." He then leaves the room and I follow him. He goes into the next room and I stand in the doorway. I assume that it is his room. He grabs a tee shirt and sweat pants.
"Nice room," I say.
He turns to me with a small smile on his face, "thanks." He then leads me back to the guest room. "The bathroom is on the other side of my room. My parents have their own bathroom so I am the only one who uses it." He leaves the room and closes the door.
I change into the clothes he gave me and I fold up my clothes and put them on the dresser. I lay down in the very comfortable queen size bed. I lay there for about half an hour before I get up and walk over to Robbie's room.
I slowly open the door and say, "Robbie, are you awake?"
"Yeah," he responds.
"I can't sleep..." I pause for a little scared to ask what I am thinking, "Can I stay in here with you?"
He takes a little bit to respond and then, "yeah. Come on in."
He then starts to put some pillows on the floor and he lays down on them.
"You don't have to lay on the floor," I say to him.
"Are you sure? Because I don't mind," he says back.
"No yeah it is fine he then lays back in his bed and holds the sheets up for me. I slide into the bed with him. He then rolls over so our back are pressing against each other. We lay like that for a while then he rolls back over and puts his arm over me. I smile to myself and then I fall asleep in 10 minutes.
The next morning I wake up with Robbie's arm around me, just like how we fell asleep. I slowly get out of the bed and sneak back into the guest room. I put my clothes on and go downstairs. When I get to the stairs Robbie's parents are already up and the smell of pancakes and bacon looms throughout the house.
"Good morning Katelynn," his mom says, "would you like some bacon and pancakes?"
"I'm actually vegetarian but I would love some pancakes," I respond.
"Great," she says.
I sit down and eat my pancakes and by the time I'm almost done Robbie comes downstairs, "Good morning everyone."
"Good morning sweetheart," his mom says, "did you sleep well?"
"Yeah."
I finish my last bites of pancakes, "well I should get going. Thanks so much your letting my stay. I'll see you Monday," I say.
"Do you really have to go?" Robbie asks.
"Yeah. I don't want to be in anymore trouble than I already am," I respond. I get up and leave the house. When I get about two blocks away I hear someone running up behind me. I turn around to see that it is Robbie.
"Hey, you left something," he said.
"Oh yeah, what?"
He then pulls me into a kiss. It is deep and passionate. He pulls me as close to his body as possible and we kiss for what seems like an eternity. We are interrupted by none other than Scarlet.
"Wow Katelynn, rebound much?"
"Why don't you go fuck yourself!" I say.
"Well I'm not the one who has been sleeping around," she says.
"Oh sleeping around? Is that what you think I'm doing? I went for a walk, bumped into Robbie and then got locked out. He offered me somewhere to sleep. Wait, I don't need to explain myself to you. You don't care. So just leave me alone," I respond with a part annoyed part angry voice.
"Fuck you!" Scarlet says and walks away.
"I am so sorry about that," I say to Robbie.
"It's okay. It was entertaining," he says.
"Fuck off," I say in a playful tone as I hit him in the chest, "I should go."
"Okay. Bye."
"Bye," I say as I walk towards my house.
