I woke up at 5:30 AM in the morning like usual and did my basic morning routine. Practice dance routine. Read. Stalk BTS. Eat breakfast. Today, though, I'm probably gonna have to go over to Jenny's house and wake her up because you know... she is totally not a morning person unless her mom yells at her to wake her up then I don't have to go over. Since our house was just 2 blocks away from school, I'm gonna be walking with Jenny. My mom told me to call Jenny and I did but my answer was, "I'll be there in 5. Promise!"
I sat on the couch and waited for the 5 minutes to tick by. 4, 3, 2, 1, 0! Ding Dong. I got my lunch that was sitting on the counter and backpack and opened the door.
"Fro to the yo! AIYO JIHYEHYE!!" Jenny tried to rap but obviously failed.
"Bye Mom! Bye Dad!!" I yelled as hurriedly locked the door. "Hi Jen! Where's your brother?"
"Huh, oh he is walking with his friends. Lucky me!" Jenny hollered out of joy. "Like you don't know how happy I am to have that bastard out of my life for once!"
"That's why I'm here!" I beamed. "What are you electives?"
"Ummm, I think it was choir and creative writing. I don't remember cause you know the summer dory brain is still there." Jenny shrugged. "What are yours?"
"Dance and creative writing."
"Wow, you sure want to become Park Jimin don't cha?" Jenny teased. We walker and talked and walked. We were about halfway there when...
"Sup shortie!" Someone called from the back.
"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU I'M NOT SHORT!!! IN FACT, I'M ONLY 1 ½ INCH SHORTER THAN YOU SO TECHNICALLY YOU'RE THE SHORT ONE SHORTIE!!" Jenny yelled. I looked back. A group of boys... great...
"May I introduce to you my super annoying, twin brother...Justin...aka the bitchiest bastard. " Jenny said, mumbling the last few words.
"Is that how you're gonna introduce your brother?" Justin complained. Jenny scoffed.
"Ok I introduced you. Leave!" Jenny stopped and made way for her brother and his friends.
"Lame." One of the guys said. Idk who cause I only saw the back of their heads and I'm pretty sure the back of people's heads don't talk unless I'm crazy.
"EXCUSE ME??" Jenny screamed but I held her back. Yup, our Jenny is known for her sassiness if you didn't know. We talked a bit more until we were finally at the gate. Here we go! Jenny and I walked to one of the bulletin boards to check out where we are going for first period.
"I'm creative writing!" Jenny shouted.
"ME TOO!!!" I beamed
"YAY WE'RE NOT ALONEEEE!!!" We hugged each other like elementary kids when they see each other on the first day of school. We may or may not be a bit immature for our age, but who cares?!?
"#SoImmature!" Jenny quoted.
"Yup." I agreed. We found our class after some trouble of GPS senses in our system, but we did it. Our class was located near the lunch area so there were tables to sit at.
"Let's sit down. I'm tired!" Jenny literally threw her backpack down on the cement and plopped herself down to the lunch tables.
"Already?" I looked at her.
"You know I'm unathletic and~ lazy!"
"Oh yah, how could I forget!" I sarcastically said. We talked to each other as the time ticked by.
RINGGGG!
"Looks like our first day of high school starts now." I grabbed my backpack.
"Yup. Freshmen." Jenny followed me to our class.
