"What is it that you want? Alpha Rey?" She asked, raising her brow.
"I want to speak to your Alpha, now."
"You're looking at her, Athena Hunter, Luna and Alpha of the Crimson Crescent Pack."
He laughed at her, only making her dislike for him rise sky high.
"A she-wolf cannot be an Alpha, only men are fit for the position, women aren't strong enough."
"I don't appreciate you trespassing in my territory unannounced, and come here to insult me. I suggest you get out before I make you." She snapped.
"I'm pretty sure a she-wolf and an Alpha is not a fair fight, would you like a lesson?" He asked.
"I'm stronger than I look, as a matter of fact, I can take you down without shifting. I'm afraid I can't say the same for you, can I Alpha Rey?" She challenged.
He growled, his eyes glowing golden, his teeth showing.
She remained unfazed, waiting for him to attack, but he didn't. She was testing him and he knew it. If he shifted, he would have started war with this pack, and lost all favours from the court, which could be the end for his pack. As painful as it was for him to not tear this insolent 'Alpha' apart, he was not about to risk his pack simply for his pride.
"I am not in the mood for your incompetence! I am here for my pack member!" He growled impatiently, clearly restraining himself from creating chaos.
She scoffed at his remark, his stubbornness was clearly out of this world, 'Thank goodness for that.' she thought sarcastically, holding her much wanted eye-roll. She could tell if she did presumable roll her eyes, it would make the walking werewolf blow like a volcano, so she decided against it.
"I have not taken any Bloodmoon Pack member, and I do not take trespassers lightly. I am fully aware there is no one in this house that is a Pack member of yours. Now state your business or get out of my territory." She said blankly, trying her best to hide any spec of irritation from her voice. She was unsure if he saw through it, but it didn't matter, he still didn't budge.
"I'm afraid not, did my dear brother Leroy forget to tell you he was previously my Beta?"He asked.
"If I'm not mistaken, he was banished, am I correct? Just because of a petty fight. How mature of you, Alpha Rey." She said, not backing down, "I will not stand here and simple hand my pack members to you on a silver platter."
"Give me my brother."
"He's not a Bloodmoon any longer, he's a Crimson Cresent, now get out of my study and make sure I never see you again in my property."
