The Seven Deadly Sins (Meliodas x Reader )

Battle p.1

As the attention grew more, I watched the other knights leave. I knew if they leave, there could be a chance they will catch up to Elizabeth and the boy. I had no choice but to attack them first, I run as fast as I could trying to get in front of them but suddenly. I was caught off guard  by the enemy's large sword.

"You're fight is with me! Now Die!"

As he lunges towards me I swiftly dodge it, allowing him to tumble to the ground. As I watch him get up he quickly turned around fast, then lunged again but with  different style. Before I knew it, I was dodging at full speed as the sword got faster and faster. I couldn't make any mistakes or I was done for.  Then all of the sudden I was kicked to my side, sending me full forced to the forest. I could feel my ribs shattering, I could feel the blood rushing through my lungs making be cough up blood, I quickly remove the blood from my mouth and give him a sinister smile. As I rise up, light from my  silver ring started to glow, it gave me comfort that I could relay on it in this kind of situation. As the glow cover my entire body, I could feel the broken bones being healed and the blood no longer filling my lungs.

~Meliodas POV~

Letting [Y/N] fight one of the holy knights, made me feel unsetting. Knowing Elizabeth was right behind me, not wanting her to get involved. I knew it was wrong and [Y/N] trusted me to keep Elizabeth safe, it was also my job to protect [Y/N]. Leading Elizabeth to follow me, I drag her to a bush big enough to find in. Jumping into the bush I could hear the battle close by, looking over to Elizabeth. She was confused and asked

"What are we doing?"

"I can't leave your friend behind, even if she could stall him for us. She can't handle him alone."
See Elizabeth shaking her head, she understood my point was coming from. Seeing her friend put her life on the line for her. Looking back, I pushed an opening to see what was going on. I saw horror, [Y/N] was coughing up blood not able to stand up properly. Looking antsy, I could feel a soft hand land next to me. At the corner of my eye it was Elizabeth trying to calm me down a bit, but why her friend was about to die till.

"Don't worry, it may look like [Y/N] is losing but she always has something up her sleeve. Look!"

  Looking back to the battle I see [Y/N] smallest sliver ring started to glow white, till it covered [Y/N] completely whole. As the white glow surrounded [Y/N], she immediately stands up and swifts the white off. Then all of the sudden Elizabeth jumps out of the bush and says

"Go [Y/N]!"
