The Unfortunates

A castle in a far far away land, where all kinds of creatures exist. I am sure that you have expected a Once Upon A time, a fairy god mother and a prince charming, but that was way too far from the story of six teenagers that started their lives with an agony and ended it with another one, life for them was never going to be some fairytale with a happily ever after.

I am Sarah Parker, and if you are going to give me a role in this story, I would be the wicked witch. You may know my name previously from my book “The Game” and maybe even wondering by now why am I the wicked witch of this story, for now, I can only say that behind “The Game” lays the story of my characters, a real story.

Emily Montgomery, Kathy Montgomery, Cher Hans, Edward Rodriguez, Daniel William and Alexandre Lavigne were all intelligent teenagers, they were all charming in the appearance and in the heart, they had many common characteristics, but their biggest common characteristic was that they were all extremely unlucky, and most everything that happened to them was rife with misfortune, misery and despair.

Previously, before I started writing, I used to work in a company, not your average company, but a company from a special type, this “company” was specialized in studying chosen people for months without their own knowledge, then seducing and fooling them under the name of money and fame, and when they are fooled and seduced, the worst things in life happen to them, things faraway from anyone’s imagination.

My job over there was to choose the next victims, and in each time, I was supposed to pick six unlucky teenagers that did not know what fate had hidden for them. We didn’t have a specific way in choosing someone, all we ever did was to lay our eyes on someone and make sure that he or she is a nobody, no family or friends to look after them, we also needed to study on how we would entice them into our game, this may all seem sick for you, but trust me, reading the event is never like living it, living it is much more disgusting.

I have written about those specific teenagers not randomly, but because their stories were so different from the others, their stories were so touchable, and no I am not saying that the previous ones were nothing but dead bodies, but those six refused to die easily, they fought with all their powers, they refused to surrender.
