(1) Ditching with the bestie.

CHAPTER 1:

A distant beep becomes constant and I become more alert, I groan and pound my fist on my snooze button. I slip out of bed and head towards the bathroom, I don't even want to look in the mirror afraid of the monster that will appear. I strip and pull back the curtains and hop into the shower.  I relax under the heat of the water. I begin screeching B Team by Marianas Trench.

"You can want this see if it fits for a bit and if you don't like it then you can go like ya have been and I'll never tell never tell how I fell for it I never fell before 3.2.1 you get right up and I'm the one done." I scrub shampoo into my scalp. "You never say yes not quite NO say just enough to make me not go choose your words careful voice in the end I'm not you're first choice you say you want someone just like me so then why am I your plan why am I your plan why am I your plan b you know you know you love the way I linger and you keep me wrapped right around your finger and you say you say just wait a little longer and in time I could be the right one Please I'm the B team." I finish showering and hop out to wrap myself in a towel and step into my room. I skip to my closet and grab a pair of black skinny jeans, tank top ,and violet oversized sweater, I shimmy into all of my clothes including undergarments and enter the bathroom.

I brush through my soft brown locks I slide on a flower crown that is made of violets to match my inhuman eyes which are adorned with mascara and light eyeliner. I hop into my baby blue converse and grab my backpack adjusting the straps. I dash down the stairs two steps at a time.

"Slow down!" Carter, my brother, screeches. I reach the end and pout at him.

"Where's mom?" I question. My mom is Never home, she practically disowned us,us as in me, my 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.

"At what she calls work which is probably a str-"

"I get it!" I screech.

"Sorry" he mumbles. I walk into the kitchen and make bacon and pancakes for the rest of my siblings since its not a family.

I hear a honk and check for my phone and grab an Apple.

"Bye!" I scream, and walk to my best friend , Blaire's car. I jump in and smirk.

"Ditch day please?" I ask. She only nods in response."Where do you want to go?" I mumble biting into my Apple.

"Tattoo or piercings after mall?" She queries.

"Tattoo." I say quickly, at my age it's illegal but I'm turning eighteen soon so it doesn't matter.

"Okay" She smiles and turns on the radio

when I sigh because blurred lines comes on.

"This song is overused."

"I know" Blaire mumbles.

We sing along to all the songs until we reach the mall.
