~{Eliza's POV}~

Jason never seems to make an effort in our relationship anymore. I'm starting to feel like he's leading up to breaking up with me. To be honest I won't miss him being snappy and douchy with me. But I still miss the old Jason... The Jason that would run into the room and tackle me onto the sofa so we could snuggle up and watch T.V or put his arms around my waist when I was cooking or putting my make up on. I don't know what changed. Maybe it's just me...

I heard a knock at my door and I went to answer it. It was Jason.

"Hey, El" he kissed my cheek but his face was emotionlessly staring at his phone

"Hey..." I sighed

"Whats up?" he asked slipping his arm around me sideways. I pulled away and said nothing "C'mon somethings obviously wrong" I still didn't respond and slowly walked over to the sofa.

~{Jason's POV}~

I bit my lip trying not to laugh but it ?wasn't working I must have looked like a douche laughing at her while she was upset. But she'll be fine later. She'll get over it.

~{Eliza's POV}~

That little sh*t was smirking he was going to play me then crush me. Well I'm not waiting around for it to happen.

"Look Jason, we both know where this is going so just get it over with so you can leave"

"What" he suddenly looked concerned. Ha I figured him out

"C'mon you've been acting off with me for the past 2 weeks so you're obviously bored of this relationship so can we just end it so you can go" a tear nearly ran down my cheek but I held it in

"Wait, what? No, no, no, no, no please I don't wanna break up with you!" what the hell is he playing at?

"Then why are you acting like this?"

"Well... in 4 days its the anniversary of our first date and I wanted to make it extra special so I pretended that I didn't care about anything really just so you would be even more surprised when I showed you the surprise"

"And that is?"

He sighed but reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box. He opened it revealing a silver ring with a small diamond on it.

"Woah, woah, woah Jason we're only 18!" I gasped

"Calm down El, its a promise ring" he took it out of the box and put it on my finger

"Aww Jason" my eyes filled up and I threw my arms around him

"I'm sorry" he mumbled into my hair

"Its okay" I pulled away and we stared into each others eyes. He planted a kiss on my lips before smiling and saying,

"I love you, El"

"I love you too Jas"
