Plot: Charlotte James is the outcast of Lakewood, she is the Niece of Brandon James. Charlotte has a very dark mind and questionable Morals. She has always been on the outside as no one wants to associate with the James Family. When Nina Patterson is killed Charlotte is the first suspect, just because she is a James. Charlotte sees the darkness in Kieran and is very attracted to it. While Kieran is dating Emma, they are seeing each other as well. Kieran also introduces Charlotte to her cousin Piper.
Personality: Dark, Sociopath, Cruel, but wears a mask in public, where she has to pretend to be a good person.
