It's been 2 weeks and y/n leaves in a week and today is here birthday

so, today's y/n birthday and I'm awake thinking what to do , I'm gonna make her breakfast and later I'm throwing here a surprise birthday party , tyler and Kyra are setting it up and I'm getting a surprise present and she will love it , then tonight in going to take her to out spot where her last present is , so ya
So jacob slowly gets out of grip and goes downstairs to make her breakfast , he made her blueberry waffles , her favorite , some scrambled eggs and bacon and got her a glass of orange juice and left her a note saying all the directions and instructions for the day and he left and she woke 10 minutes later and she ate the breakfast and the read the note and then showered and got dressed in

And then she did this to her hair

And then put on mascara, and her eos and started following the instructions, first stop was his house, so she started walking and she made it there and knocked on door and jacob answered and once he opened the door everyone yelled surprise and Kyra , tyler , my parents, Jacobs parents were all here

Then jacob kisses her and she kisses back , then they go through the party , she opens gifts , but jacob hasn't given his present yet,

Then he leaves , about 20 mins later , you get a text from jacob

Then she started walking to there spot, when she gets she sees this

And then she sees jacob coming towards her with a small box , Jacob opens the box and pulls out a promise ring and gets on his knees
Jacob:this isn't asking you to marry me , not yet at least , anyways y/n my whole spent with you has made me what I am today and I wouldn't change anything , I love you so much you are my everything , I need you , without you im nothing, promise me you will always be by my side no matter whatever happens to us and to  promise you let me help you through anything

Y/n said while she tears were pouring out of here eyes , Jacob put the ring on her finger and jacob kissed her , then they talked and then they cuddled and yes they brought the puppy , and they fell alseep
3 DAYS LATER
Y/N'S POINT OF VIEW
So , today's the day I leave for collage and I'm sad , I already have everything packed in the my car and I have all the food and stuff I need, me and jacob are still in bed , he's still sleeping and he's holding me and in just looking at how cute he looks when he's sleeping , then Daisy starts scratching the door , so she has to go out , (yes, they names the dog Daisy )
So, I try to get out of jacobs grip, but he tightened it , every time I moved so , rubbed my hand on his cheek and started kissing his face everywhere and then he slowly opened his eyes
Jacob:what
He said putting his face into my chest
Y/n:jacob, I need to take Daisy out
Jacob:but I'm so comfy and if you leave the warmth will go away
Y/n:I'll come back
Jacob:fine
Then he let her go and she took Daisy out and then came back to her room and grabbed her phone and then layed down again, once she layed down , Jacob came next to her and layed his head on her pillow and put his arms around her , then as she was looking through her phone Jacob started to kiss her neck,
Y/n:what are you doing
Jacob:nothing
He said smirking and he got top of her and put her phone down

And kissed her
Jacob:I'm gonna miss this when your gone, I'm not gonna be able to cuddle you or kiss or hug you or even see you for 2 years , I'm gonna miss you
Y/n:I'm gonna miss you too
Then whole day they just cuddled and talked and enjoyed there last day together for 2 years , then it was now 5 pm and she has to start to drive there , she already said bye to kyra and tyler , now the hardest jacob
Y/n:I'm gonna say see you later than bye, because it makes it even harder , I love you , I know I'm dramatic , it's only for 2 tears ,but I'm gonna miss
Jacob:i gonna miss you too ,
Then they hugged and said see you later , but before she gets in the car jacob says wait and he runs to her and pulls her and kisses her
Jacob:I was forgetting something ,
Y/n:I'm love you
Then they hugged again then she finally drove away to new York
