Hi, my name is Kate Rhine. I was a normal girl like everyone else until one day everything changed.
I walked out of my house one morning to go to school, and there was a package on my porch with my name on it. So, I just picked it up and put it in my bag. Then I was off to school.
Once I reached the school I pulled the package out of my bad. I began to open it, but what I didn't expect was for a book to be in there.
I opened the book and looked through it, it was written in some kind of code I couldn't identify. So then I just closed the book and put it back in my bag.

Once I arrived at home I went to my room and looked through the book again. I looked at the pages and there was a picture of a snowflake, but then I noticed there was some dust. I blew the dust of but the picture also came off the page. Once I reached out to touch the floating picture it turned into a blue like dust and it went into my hands. My hands started to glow a light blue like the dust but no sooner as it appeared it was gone again, but what I didn't know was that my eyes flashed that color to, but only for a split second.
