Chapter 22 A Halloween Special

I awoke in somewhere unknown. Joanna? Where are you? I began running around and soon I found her under an old oak tree. She's dead... Why is she dead?!?! I began to breath heavily my tears fall to the ground. I held her shriveled and dead body in my arms. Then I looked up to see a woman in a bright red kimono. She lifted up my chin and said "Hello Takashi-Sama!" I asked "Who now?" She let out a small laugh and helped me up. Also I noticed I was in fancy robes and had a long pony tail pulled to the side. I was in a now brighter place. What is going on? Joanna... (WAKE UP) I woke up with Joanna shaking me. I asked "What happened? Where did she go?" Joanna asked "Who?" I shrugged and said "Whatever.... Don't worry about it!" She said "Well we have a Halloween party for today so... Party!" I smiled a bit and said "You can really be a child sometimes!" She stuck her tongue out at me and walked into the bathroom. I stood up and stretched. Wait... Jane is hosting a Halloween party? I froze and began to think. Is she gonna be dressed like a princess again?!?! I started laughing at that thought or seeing her all girly! Then my phone began to ring so I answered to only be met by heavy breathing... Again! An a slight noise in the background. I hung up my phone and Joanna walked out of the bathroom. Her costume was supposed to be like a geisha. I froze and asked "Where did you get that kimono?!?!" It's the same Bright red kimono I seen in my dream. She shrugged and said "I thought you bought it for me... It came in the mail a few weeks ago." I said "No... I never bought that!" She sighed and said "Y-You don't like it?" Her eyes begin to tear up and she hung her head. I lifted her chin and said "It's okay... I'm sorry Joanna!" I placed a kiss on her lips and she changed. As if taken over by something or someone. She said "Takashi-Sama... You finally kissed me!" She blushed and looked at the ground. I asked "Who are you..." She said "We wanted to run away... Remember!" Soon I had a flash back with her. We began running through the woods there were flowers everywhere! It was where we just were in my dream but it was dark and gloomy. For some reason I shouted "Watch out Sachiko-Chan!" I pulled her into my chest and I felt a sharp pain in my back. I coughed up blood and my long flowing robes began to get covered in red. I fell to the ground and heard someone say "I found the emperor and the assassination is complete!" Sachiko-Chan said "Takashi-Sama! Takashi-Sama! Get up... Please get up we can't lose now!" I stroked her hair and said "Run! Run for your life Sachiko-Chan." She sobbed "Not without you." She tried and tried to get me up but it never happened. When the flash back ended Sachiko-Chan was caressing my head lovingly. I asked "Why are you here? Where is Joanna at?" She tilted her head and said "I-I don't know who you are talking about... Why are you angry?" I took a breath and said "I'm not angry... I'm just concerned." I looked around and said "I need to go back now. Wait here please." She grabbed my sleeve and said "Please don't leave me again... Last time you came back you we're hurt." I looked into her eyes and softly said " I promise you Sachiko... I will come back." Soon I was back in reality and Joanna said "You outta go to the doctors to get checked out... You've been fainting quite often. Jane is concerned because we haven't gotten much business." I sighed and said "Well I think we have a case!"  Joanna asked "Really?" I nodded and said "Yes... Now take off that kimono!" All of us met at a local café and I began to discuss Sachiko-Chan. Jane said "A supernatural case? It's been a while now." She asked a large amount of questions and she said "Ok then... We need to help Sachiko-Chan pass on. I think?" I smiled a bit and sadly said "yeah... Like I'd ever let you do that!" Something took over my body and forced me to say that. I looked at Joanna and froze. I said "Hello Sachiko-Chan. Let's go home." I grabbed her hand and began to pull her along with me. She shouted "Let go of me Sebastian!" I pulled her into my chest. She tried to push me away but I pulled her back. She began to cry and I lifted her chin. I pressed a soft kiss to my lips and she slapped me. I pushed her into Jane and began running through town. I collapsed and fainted. Sachiko-Chan? I looked around and seen her under a sakura tree. She said "Takashi-Sama?" I smiled and said "Yes. Yes beautiful Sachiko-Chan." She grabbed my hands and said "I love you Onii-chan." I kissed her cheek and said "Let's go home beautiful." She smiled back at me and we walked into a bright light that was warm. She kissed me and said "Goodbye Sebastian." I was reaching out for her but I was too far away. Then I awoke. "Joanna?" She smiled at me and said "Your up? Jane just left a little while ago." I stood up and looked around our bedroom. She smiled and said "The case was solved now... Let's just rest for a bit." I nodded and sat down looking over at Joanna. She kissed me and pushed me down on the couch. I smiled and kissed her cheek. She sat up and I said "I'm sorry... I need to sleep." Then everything after that was a blur.
