I woke up one day ready for school. I was the only one awake. I went into my mother's room. " Mom" I said. She never woke up. I went into Alex's room. "Alex, Alex wake up" I said. I was getting worried that I wouldn't be able to go to school. At school we had a test to see if we we're able to go up a grade in math. I didn't want to miss it. So I got my bag ready, And I grabbed my homework from my working table in my room. I went to Alex's room one more time. Then I heard it. It was a gunshot. I screamed. And then Alex woke up freaking out worried about me and mom. "Alan what's wrong?" He said.
Mom came in Alex's room. She was relieved that we we're okay. " What happened Alan?" Alex asked again. Mom looked at the time on her phone. "Alan, why didn't you wake me up!" She yelled at me. "I tried..." I was afraid that I would be in trouble if I said another word. Alex looked at me and then at mom. "Alan why didn't you try to wake me up?" "Alex,I did tried and you were snoring your but off." Alex looked at me and he kicked me and mom out of his room and he came out 5 minutes later ready for school. "Let's go brat" He said to me. I narrowed my eyes at him. And he did the same to me.
"Bye kids have fun at school!" Mom was happy that we left. How do I know. Well I could hear her from the living room cheering that we had left the house. BANG! I heard it again. "Alex?" I asked. "What Alan" He said. "Did you hear the gunshots?" He looked at me with wide eyes. "Huh?" BOOM! Alex wasn't watching where he was going. We crashed into another car.
