Chapter 11

I walked with Khloe to school. We saw Karma's car go by. Just seeing him drive by us makes me feel bad for what he did. "Alan..." "Oh uh. Yeah?" "I just want to talk to you about Karma and what he did last night was..." I cut my hearing aid off. I didn't want to hear her talk about my nose with Karma's fist. As we crossed the street I saw a car coming fast and it didn't slow down or stop. I looked hard at the car and realize it was Karma. I pushed Khloe out of the way and now I was in front of the car. As I closed my eyes knowing what would happen I could hear Khloe scream with the other students. "Alan!" I felt the car ram into my body as I fall under the car.

The next day I wake up in a hospital. I moved my head around. I saw Alex, Khloe and my mom. I saw Karma as he stood in the doorway holding Khloe next to him. He gave me a stern look at he left with Khloe knowing that I know who ran me over. As they left I could hear her cry. I didn't know if I had my hearing aids on or not anymore. Everything was a blur when Karma hit me with his car. I seemed fine at first, but My back hurt. As the Doctor came in he was happy. I looked at him and I could tell what he was going to say. As I sat up my mom ran towards me confused. I laughed a little."Alan? What's gotten into you? This is the second time you got hit by a car." I laughed a little bit more. Then out of nowhere Karma comes back in and talks about Khloe and how she's okay and happy that I saved her but sad that I didn't save myself.

Women you can't live with them. I thought a lot about Karma hitting me with his car. Eh, who would've thought that he would hit a person. I don't even feel any pain. I mean I should right? Maybe I should've have just let him hit her. What is wrong with me. I feel different. I hope it doesn't last long. And I hope that Karma will stay away from Khloe and me. From what he has done to me it wouldn't hurt the guy to spend one night in jail. Or at least a week.
