Alli's POV
I walk in the door around 10 to find my parents sitting on the couch watching tv.
"And where exactly have you been?" my mom asks.
"I told you. I was going to that concert with Felix."
"I thought i told you to stop hanging out with him?"
I look at my mom, who is sitting on the couch with the most deadly look on her face.
"when? you never said this," i ask, because i really don't remember this ever being said.
"oh yeah. right. we forgot to discuss this with you. me and your dad talked-" my mom starts but i cut her off right there.
"whoa whoa whoa. first of all, you dont get to chose who i hang out with and who i date, whatever. im not gonna stop dating Felix because you dont approve."
"ACTUALLY I DO GET TO CHOSE. I AM YOUR MOTHER. I DONT WANT YOU HANGING OUT WITH HIM, SO YOURE NOT GOING TO. UNDERSTOOD?"
"you didnt care about my well being before, why do you now?"
"MAYBE I WANT TO BE A BETTER MOTHER! YOU AND FELIX WILL BREAK IT OFF."
"i hate you," is all i say, as i run away from what used to be a peaceful, welcoming home.
