Random Melanie Martinez Facts That I Know/Remember

1. She eats at least five chocolate chip cookies a day

2. She trips at least 8 times a day

3. She NEVER performs in shoes, only her signature lacey socks

4. She's allergic to red apples

5. She hates vegetables

6. She eats chocolate after every meal

7.  She always meets her fans and there's meet and greets before every show

8. She swears quite a bit, but she's really nice

9. She laughs easily (like me)

10. She cries easily and is very sensitive (like me)

11. She's very interactive with her fans

12. She's very sweet and nice to her fans (from what I've heard)

13. Most of the events in Cry Baby are made up for the story/character, but Melanie's sensitivity is real. She's was also made fun of in school. Now her childhood bullies are CALLING HER AND APOLOGIZING! But she still hates them... I don't blame her

14. She loves taking pictures with her fans

15. Someone stole her purse at one of her concerts! She was on tour and it had her passport in there, so she had to cancel some of her shows because she couldn't go because she didn't have a passport because IT WAS STOLEN!

16. Almost all of her shows are sold out. And she's not performing anywhere near me :(

27. She doesn't like being called Queen or Mom. She doesn't like being put on such a high pedastal (even though she's my hero. She's so humble, lol). She didn't want to be a role model, she just wanted to make music that was different and honest that girls can relate to.

31. Since she's shy, she thinks that it's a little rude when people yell things when she's in the middle of talking, especially because since she's shy she hardly ever talks at concerts. She was explaining a song one day, then apparently someone yelled Fuck you to her or something, (I don't know exactly what happened, this is like a big thing on YouTube), apparently there are two stories. One story is that the person yelled I love you, but to her it sounded like fuck you (you can't really blame her, she's heard some pretty rude and weird shit at her concerts), and she said, really politely, "Excuse me, I'm talking." Another story is that the person did say Fuck you, but the video sounds like I love you. I don't know.
