Unreal [Part 20]

"How about we play a little game, Sasuke?" You announced proudly, wearing a grin on your face like nobody's business. "You know, I'm quite sick of this, Sasuke-kun." You continued, lightly trailing your finger tips around the male's shoulders.

"What the hell are you talking about?" He growled, instantly pushing you off of him as you fell to the ground clumsily.

"Ouch." You spoke up confidently, rubbing your arm lightly as you pulled your upper body forwards. "That hurt."

"You are the most bipolar bitch I've ever met, [Name]."

"Hm." You hummed lightly as your tongue trailed the inside of your teeth. A small sigh eroded from your mouth as you gripped the grass with your fingers. "Never heard that one before."

You slowly pulled yourself up off the ground and swiped the dirt off of your clothing.

"I'd like to ask you a small question, Sasuke." You inquired toward the boy, looking directly over at him.

The raven headed male looked over at you with the slightest sign of approval as you smiled.

"Why is it that you won't admit you love me?" You asked simply, a crazed smile with clear bloodlust smearing across your face. "I mean, we both know that's the reason you had originally saved me from Sakura and Ino. You didn't just come because Orochimaru told you to, because he said that he never told you to check up on me."

His onyx eyes simply glistened as he watched your lips move intently, one word at a time. Noticing the Uhciha's simple reaction, you walked over and wrapped your arms around his neck, your devilish smile still unable to fade away.

"So tell me, Sasuke..." You muttered slyly into the male's ear, not feeling yourself. "Tell me what I want to hear..."

As your pulled your head back in order to make eye contact with the boy, his lips parted as everything seemed to pause.

"[Name], I love you."

Pitch black. Silence. Nothing around. You moved the palm of your hand toward your eyes, they were open. Why couldn't you see? What just happened? A sudden and loud knock emerged from what seemed to be behind you as you jumped up in surprise.

"[Name]!" You heard a voice yell at you from the same general area. "Open this damn door already! Get up!"

Your eyes shot open, the light burning into your eyes. Heart racing, you quickly pushed yourself up to what you remembered as a bed frame, your bed frame. Rubbing your eyes frantically, you opened them wide and jumped off of the bed and jolted toward the door.

"H-Hello?" You questioned as you opened the door to reveal your mother. "M-Mom?"

"Listen honey," She began as she made her way at a fast pace into the kitchen. "I'm already going to be late to work, but you can't be late to class, so get up and get to school."

"W-wait, something isn't right." You muttered to yourself.

Following the woman like a lost puppy, you searched around. What just happened? What that a dream? You looked out of the window as you saw the trees, everything looking completely different.

"This can't be real."

"Love you, [Name]." Your mother spoke, planting a light kiss on your forehead before leaving the house with coffee in one hand and a bag in the other. Shutting the front door behind her, you stared at her through the glass.
