Chiyo [Part 22]

"A nap..!" You muttered to yourself. "I swore that all it took was a nap."

You let out a loud sigh and shook your head from side to side— you were exhausted. Not only did the internet have a solution to your mishap, but you've also retraced your steps at least three times to no avail. You were upset and there wasn't much else to do on your end of the stick. What the heck could you do anyways?

Knock knock, knock knock. The noise goes off at the door directly across from your location, where you stood still in front of the couch you've been trying to pass out on.

Your (e/c) eyes quickly averted toward the doorknob that had begun to jingle only a very mere seconds after hearing the knocking at the door and walked slowly toward it.

"Calm down!" You growled angrily— your tone of voice made it pretty clear that something had soiled your close to perfect mood just hours before. You went to reach your hand at the doorknob as you unlocked the door. "I'm right here. You better watch it, your going to break the-"

Your eyes widened as you stood frozen in the doorway, your front door barley open in front of you. The raven headed male looked up after staring at the ground for a few seconds as his onyx eyes met with yours.

"[N-Name]?" Sasuke spoke up, almost as if in shock.

The male stood straight with his shoulders straight back, his suit fabric looking extremely appealing. His hands were angled into his front pockets as he pulled one out and pushed the door farther back, causing you to tumble backwards.

"I-I-" You stuttered and balanced yourself with your feet on the ground, keeping eye contact with the fantasy boy. "I thought I would never see you again, what are you- how are you-"

"I was in the middle of a big fight with, it's not of importance because you don't know them anyways, but I was fighting and I just opened my eyes to find myself sitting in the grass of that yard." He stated, pointing to your front yard which was filled with picture perfect grass and a great variety of flowers. He took a moment to body scan himself as he realized what he was wearing. "What the hell is this?" He asked pulling at the fabric of his jacket.

"What, you've never seen a suit in your life before?" You chuckled lightly, realizing how serious this situation really was. "That doesn't matter. I have no idea how you got here, but I've been trying to get back ever since I left. Wait, so you do recognize me?"

"What?" He asked, looking at you with an expression full of confusion. "I've seen you-"

"Oh thank goodness!" You welped, extending your arms around the back of the males neck and onto his shoulders as you embraced him into a hug. "I never even got to respond to you..."

"What are you talking about-" He tried to respond, not even wrapping his arms back around you.

Pulling away, you held onto the back of the Uchiha's neck lightly and faced him directly a few inches away from him.

"I've always loved you, Sasuke. I knew you before you ever knew me, but I truly fell in love after all the time we ever spent together training under Orochimaru and-"

"Stop." He stated simply, taking a step back and forcing you to let go of his body. "Whatever you're talking about—this training under Orochimaru, falling in love with me, what the hell is all of that?"

"What do you mean? You told me that you loved me." You stated slightly nervous and confused.

"It's [Name], right?"

"Y-Yeah."

"You worked with Chiyo, that's how I met you." He responded simply, placing his hands into his pockets again.

"Chiyo..?" You questioned.

"In the restaurant right next to the noodles, it's in town?" He stated, but it sounded more like a persuasion of some sort. "That's how we met, we are only mere acquaintances."
