(Brandy POV)
I woke up in my boyfriend bedroom realizing that i didn't go home. Today was the second month of highschool. It was a Saturday today so I decided i would stay at my boyfriend house.
I got up to look for my boyfriend, Jerome. I left the room to walk downstairs to see him in the living room on the couch.
"Hi baby" I said in a little low voice.
He turned around to see me standing there and said.
"Hey princess, come sit with me" he said. I love it when he calls me that.
My boyfriend was part of a gang, A really bad gang, Blood. Everyone told me stay away from him but I didn't.
When I met him he was different. He was nicer, not violent so much, but I guess that's long gone.
I sat next to him until someone came bursting threw the door with some guy tied up and a plastic bag on his head.
"Aye Yo boss, We got him" One guy said to Jerome.
Jerome picked up his gun from the coffee table and walked over to the tied up guy.
"Well well well" Jerome crouched down to the guy.
"You think you can steal from me" Jerome said.
"I-I-I didn't steal anything from you" He stuttered.
Jerome took his gun a put it to his head then started hitting him several, several times.
Jerome stopped then looked at his hands, Then to me and told me to go up stairs.
"Princess go upstairs" He told me.
I didn't move until I told him No.
"What¿" He was confused.
"I'm staying down here unless you stop hurting him" I said and I knew he was going to get mad.
"Princess please just go upstairs for me now. NOW" He scream which got me a little scared.
I didn't want to leave because i knew Jerome was going to kill that guy. And Jerome never kills anyone infront of me, EVER.
"Troy take her ass upstairs" He told one of his friends.
Troy walked up to me and grabbed my arm. And of course I fought back.
"Yo Let me go dude" I started pulling back to see if he would go.
He pulled me close and tight a started dragging and pulling me up the stairs.
"JEROME YOU BASTARD"
"LET ME GO"
"I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS WHEN YOU DONE"
"JEROME"
That was all I saying while being dragged up the stairs.
Troy put me in the room and locked me in there. And let me tell I was pissed.
Every ten minutes I tried to break the door.
-30 Minutes Later-
I was laying down until I heard a big bang come from down stairs. I was scared so I banged in the door for someone could open it.
"Someone Let Me The Fuck Out Of Here" I shouted.
I heard the door nob jiggle and see Jerome coming in while wiping his hands with a towel.
"Oh great, A murderer just walked in" I walked towards my room, then crept on the top of the stairwell and saw the bloody pile and the guys body.
I turned around holding in that one tear because of what I just saw. I went to the room and there he was.
"Hey Hey princess you know it's not like that" He said while trying to get me attention.
"So you aren't a gang member going around here killing crips and other people, Yea it's not like that" I said to him Face to Face.
I walked into the bathroom and locked the door and realized. Is this was I want?
I got out eventually and saw him siting there with his head in his hands.
I walked closer to him and knelt down infront of him. We had to talk, We needed to talk.
"I can't do this" I said looking down and playing with my nails.
He looked at me with a sad and serious face.
"What do you mean" Jerome said.
"I mean that this gang shit, I can't handle it, You killing people and killing crips and I know one day they're gonna kill you and I'm going to loose you" I started tear up because all those things I said were true.
"Princess That's not tr- (gco)" I cut him off.
"No no no, Don't say it's not true because you know it is" I stared to cry.
"Even if it is, I will always protect you even if we fight, I will" He said holding my chin up with his fingers.
"I love you and I will never let anyone hurt you" Jerome said while he pulled me into a big hug.
We hugged it out for at least five to ten minutes.
"There is a party of my friends tonight, princess you should come" He had my hands in his hands.
"Ok but you have to stay with me the whole time" I said and I was serious.
"I Promise you I will" He said.
