Ch. 1: Moving

Riley's POV

“Hey guys” I sad sadly, but is putting up a smile to cover up my sadness.

“Hey Riles” they all said in unison

“What's wrong Riley?” Richard asked

“Yeah why did you call us altogether?” Dania asked frowning. I exhaled softly and closed my eyes. I took a seat beside them. I then open my eyes to them all looking at me with concern.

“I have something to tell you. Please dont be mad--”

“No matter whatever decision you make” Sasha Starts of

“we promise we won't be mad” Devin finishes, giving me a small smile.

“What I'm about to tell you, its not me decision. It's my parents”. Tears threaten to fall

“Wha-what do you mean?” Dania asked. I took a deep breath

“I'm moving” I breathe out.

“Wha--”

“No you can't leave riles--”

“Its not going to be the same without you” Sasha’s voice cracked and I pulled her into an embrace. Devin looks at me sadly, Dania’s crying and Richard’s calming her down.

“When are you leaving?” Devin asked hugging Dania tightly.

“Tomorrow” I stated and looked away. I heard Devin sighed and Dania started to sob softly again.

“Oh. Well at least we had fun today, before you left” Richard said gruffly and I nodded.

We stopped abruptly, at the sight of my home, well use to be.

We walked up the steps and stopped at the front door.

“I'm going to miss you Riles”  Devin said and pulled me into a hug.

“I'm gonna miss you too Devi” I smiled and pulled away.

“Don't forget to in form me FIRST after you land” Sasha scolded me and I pulled her to hug me.

She pulled away and I laughed “You know it”

“Promise me you'll visit” Dania Whispered. Dania was always the baby in group.

“Aw. Of course Dani” I kissed her forehead.

“Oh and when you do visit dont forget to bring me a present. More likely an iPhone” Richard joked. I playfully slapped his shoulder and he looked me in shock and held his shoulder.“Ouch woman!” I laughed and hugged him.

“By guys I'm gonna miss you guys”. They walked away. And waved at me.

I opened the door and ran up to my room and cried myself to sleep.

I'm going yo miss you guys.
