The Story in the Stars

Rain.

     I see water. It is just falling from the sky....rain? I sigh from my bedroom window, from there I watch as the once gleaming city of Los Angeles turns gray. The sky seemed to feel my pain, my sadness, my anger, my fear...
    
     "Oh mother, why did you have to leave me?" I whispered to myself. I've never felt anything like this...it hurts. I turn away from the window while something starts to roll down my face, tears? Sparks start to appear around me. I walk to my parent's room where I found my Mother, my best friend, dead, she had hung herself. It's all Father's fault, he did it, he left us to die with no money. She couldn't take it anymore...I sat there on my bed crying. I summoned my spirit muse, Lyra, from the Elsewhere, she was a beautiful lady who played music with her harp. She started to play a song, a song full of pain. I wished Mother was still here, with me. I HATE THE WORLD! WHY CANT I JUST DIE NOW! I see red, red, anger. My eyes clear of my rage and I realized I have summoned many Reaper Spirits by accident... Lyra is on the floor with scratches everywhere, she's really hurt. "Oh my God I'm so sorry Lyra!! I'm sorry! Spirit Bind Release!"

     Lyra's unconscious body disappeared in a slow sparkly gold glitter. I can only hurt, destroy, break.... the simplest healing spells never work. Why. I'm not a bad person... right? I collapse on the bed and just stare at the ceiling. Why am I here? Should I just leave and join my mom? But just how would I leave...
