●Day One

I came home from Xylonex Academy to see my mom panicking and packing our things.

' Mom? Whats wrong? '

Humarap sya sakin na nanlalaki ang mga mata at nanginginig

'Queny,help me pack our things.we have to move'

'Why mom? Something wrong ? '

My mom is not usually like this.She is calm, graceful and brave.But what im seeing now is another side of her. She looks frustrated,lost and scared

'Ill explain later Quen,just pack your things, quickly! They will be here soon! We have to move NOW!!!! '

' Okay mom '

I said,looking confused and lost

Mom seemed to stare at my face for a while then she heaved a deep sigh

'Thank You sweety,I promise Ill explain. Just trust me Quen,this is for your own good '

'Its okay mom,really.I understand'

I replied while smiling,trying to assure her that I was fine with it

I sped up to my room to pack only what I need...

As I was arranging my things in my satchel, I heard a loud noise....

Breaking...
Cracking....
Screaming...

Whats happening?

My heart is about to pop out of my ribcage..

I sprinted down to the kitchen to see my mom fighting off the Phylors,the Xylonex's Royal Soldiers....

Why??!!!

Mom was about to be stabbed by a Phylor

' Mom!!At your back !!!!! '

Immediately, mom's brown eyes changed to  green. That means she activated her Gahum.

Next thing I knew, all the Phylors are lying on the ground, unconscious.

'They will wake up soon.They will surely send another batch of soldiers.'

Mom,spoke,absent-mindedly...

'Mom? Whats going on? '

'Quen Liel! Queny,my daughter!! You have to go by yourself, I will hold off the Phylors '
