Ok so this is my first ever story on Wattpad haha. Don't hate me cuz it sucks im just trying it out! Hope you like this Lashton fanfic :)

*Luke's POV*

I walked out the front door to school.

It is really warm out just as it always is in Australia. I can feel the warm sun on my face, I love that feeling. I begin walking and in only a short while I see my school. I live only 5 minutes from school so walking isn't that bad.

I finally arrive and open the large double doors that welcome me every morning. I walk straight to my locker with my head down. Just to let you know, I'm gay. Yes thats right, I am a boy who likes boys, sue me. I get made fun of constantly and everyone hates me. I have 2 friends, Calum and Michael. They are about the only people who accept me for being gay. Even my parents don't accept me. I continue to put my math books into my bag and walk towards my first class. This is my favourite class of the day. It is only so because i get to see Ashton. He is my crush. He is flawless and has this beautiful brown/blondish hair and these beautiful hazel eyes. I don't want to say I'm in love with him but i kinda am. I start to smile and i look like a complete idiot.

"Luke!" I herd a voice, Calum say.

"Yea?" I reply.

"C'mon mate we gotta get going, class is gunna start"

"Ok, lets go"

With that we started in the direction of room 106, math.

On our way down the hall I trip. I fall hard and hit my head. I look up to see Daniel. He is like the lead bully at our school. I guess you could say that he's the stereotypical 'Head bully'. I slowly get up and reach for my bag. I pick it up and take a few steps away from Daniel.

"Hey faggot" He spits at me. I say nothing in return I just spin on my heel and bolt away from him.

"Where you going baby?" He yells to me but again I don't reply I just put my head down and continue to walk. I catch up with Calum in no time and don't mention anything. We enter the classroom and sit down at the back of the room. My teacher, Mr.Blake walks in right after we do.

"Alright class open your text books to page......."

I tune him out. I hate math with a burning passion. I instead, decide to focus my mind on the beautiful boy sitting diagonal from me. 'Ashton is just so perfect' I think to myself. He is tapping his pencil on his desk and normally this would bug me but because it's him I don't mind one bit.

Class finishes quickly just like the rest of my day. I don't pay attention in any of my classes and all I do is stare at him. I can't help myself. I meet up with Michael and Calum at the end of the day and we all decide to walk to my house so we can hang out.

As we are walking I see Ashton walking as well. I stare at him and because of this Calum stares at me.

"What are you doing Luke?" He asks but notices that the person at the end of my gaze and immediately stops looking at me. Both Calum and Michael know that i have a major crush on Ashton neither of them really care. It feels good to be accepted by at least 2 people.

We continue walking in silence until we reach my house. Neither my mom or dad's car is in the driveway so this means that they aren't home, 'yes' i think. My relationship with my parents is horrible. We are constantly arguing and yelling about one thing or another. They are normally not home which is good for me because of the circumstances.

The three of us mount the steps to my house and walk in. "Hello!" i call out, no response. We then make our way up to my room. We enter and take our usual positions. Me on the bed, Michael on the floor and Cal in my bean bag chair. My room is quite neat for a guy's room. I don't know why but i like it that way.

"Guy's I've been thinking about starting a band" I say to the 2 boys.

"Really?" Michael asks.

"Yea it would be totally cool! We can all sing pretty well, Michael, you and I can play guitar, Cal you can play the bass and all we need is a drummer!" I say in an excited tone.

"Sounds great!" Calum says sounding excited as well.

"Good" I say "Michael?"

"Yea, sounds like a great idea! I'm super excited" He says.

"The first thing we need is a name" Calum says.

"Yea, we do" I say.

"How about" Michael says "5 Seconds of Summer"

"That is amazing" Calum says and claps.

"I agree' I say "We'll be 5 Seconds of Summer"

We all just sit there smiling and thrilled that this is actually going to become a reality.
