It had been a few days since Wild Fire had left, and Rising Moon had worried more and more every day. The clan had learned their new hunting skills quickly. They had settled really well, and all they were doing now was waiting. Rising Moon paced impatiently in her den, until she heard a loud and happy, "HIYA!" the familiar voice exclaimed. Rising Moon crept out of her den, and saw her brother! Wild Fire was back!

"Where have you been?" Rising Moon asked, walking up to him with a smile.

"There was a snowstorm, and I had to stay the night with the tribe." Wild Fire meowed happily. "But," his voice became more serious, "I have a message for you, Rising Moon."

The rest of the clan was there now, curiosity getting the best of them. "Stellar Moon said, 'Beware the Crescent Moon, for they will destroy your home of brightness. The only way to stop darkness is with the Morning Star.'" Wild Fire meowed mysteriously.

The clan went silent for a few moments, trying to make sense of the prophecy. "This prophecy makes less sense than Rare Blossom's." Flowing River observed. The cats nodded in agreement, most with a look of confusion showing on their faces. The kits looked up at everyone, not entirely getting why they were so shocked.

"Uh.. what does that mean?" Tame Gust asked. Rising Moon thought for a moment.

"It could mean that evil will overcome the good we have brought here." Rising moon guessed.

"Or it could mean that cats of the forest will drive you out." a voice growled a suggestion. Rising Moon turned around and saw another cat. The cat was definitely a tom, who had a brown striped coat with yellow eyes and broad shoulders. "And who might you be?" Prowling Tiger asked, growling back a little bit. Rising Moon sent her a glare and proceeded to flash an apologetic look at the newcomer. "I'm sorry about my friend." she meowed. "My name is Rising Moon, and I am the leader of the Clan of United cats."

The cat nodded. He looked glad at the peaceful approach, though he still looked a little hostile. "I am Bramblestar." he meowed with a low voice. "I am the leader of ThunderClan. What are you doing here."

"We were looking for a new home." Rising Moon replied. "We were given a prophecy by our healer. It goes like this: the rising wind will blow over and away, taking the stalking tiger and the drifting river with it."

When she finished speaking, Rising Moon saw that Bramble-whatever was looking up at the sky in wonder. He finally looked down after a couple of seconds. "Are you the mountain cats? We, the clans, have also received a prophecy. It says: Your kin shall join join forces with another group to defeat the darkness. If you do not, a new age of evil will conquer and rule." Bramblestar finished.

The clan exchanged glances with each other, silently agreeing that Rising Moon could tell the other leader their other prophecy. "Okay, so I think we might be those cats." Rising Moon confessed. "But we actually received another prophecy before you came. It goes like this: Beware the Crescent Moon, for they will destroy your home of brightness. The only way to stop darkness is with the Morning Star. Mysterious, huh?" Bramblestar nodded and went silent for a moment, and then at last spoke.

"Would you like to meet the other clans? They would be very interested in this. They have been accusing each other of trespassing, but ThunderClan knows this is not true. Someone or something is trespassing."

Rising Moon thought for a moment before calling to her clan. "Those in favor of meeting Bramblestar's clan?" She asked her clan loudly. All of the cats raised a paw to show that they voted yes. "Okay, that's settled. We will go meet your clan." Rising Moon told Bramblestar.

"This way." Bramblestar flicked his tail, motioning to follow him. Rising Moon followed, and the rest of MoonClan followed behind. Bramblestar then stopped suddenly. "Wait." he meowed, turning around. "I should only bring three to make my clan less hostile. Is that okay?"

"Yes, it is." Rising Moon meowed.

"Then choose your deputy and medicine cat." When Bramblestar saw Rising Moon staring at him blankly, he sighed. "Healer and the cat who helps the leader." he explained briefly.

Rising Moon nodded in understanding. "Floating Clouds and Wild Flame, come with me." The two padded up to Rising Moon, and stood beside her. Bramblestar nodded again and started to walk away. The three cats followed, hoping that they weren't about to walk into a trap.
