Chapter seventeen

   I woke up to the sound of the 10'clock news. I looked around my body to be dressed in a hospital gown and my hand wrapped up along with my head. A IV was inside of my left arm.

  "Baby .. Zöey you awake ?" Shawn said . I looked up to see him sitting aside of me. He looked sad.

  "Ye-a , can you get me some water please"I said in my dry voice.

  "Yea , I already got it " He handed me a bottle of water . I drunk half the bottle. 

  "Why am I here ?" I said confused. 

  "You hit your head and it knocked you out " He said .

"H-ow ? I hit her though"

"That nigga tackled you" He said with a mugg on his face looking at the door .

   I turned to see Mama lewis and Jacquees along with Mir Mir walking in . Mir Mir rushed to my side while Jacquees stood there looking mad & Mama lewis stood with a disappointed look on her face. 

  "Oh my gosh , are you okay Z ? I was so worried" Mir Mir said checking me.

  "Thanks Mir , I'm okay . Just a little headache" I said. She gave me a hug.

  "Zöey what happen ? you were doing soo good then you turn around and put Stacy here. She is really hurt" Mama lewis said stepping closer to the bed shaking her head.

  "Well she called me a whore !" I semi yelled. 

  "So ! words don't mean shit !" she clamly said back. 

  "Yo-you don't know what that word means to me or why it effects me !" I semi-yelled getting irritated. 

  Thoughts of the past started to shoot in & out my head. 

  "Shut the hell up ! Crybaby ass , Ain't nobody falling for that past shit ! lieing ass !" Jacquees yelled butting in. 

  "NO ! YOU SHUT UP ! YOU KNOW HALF OF MY PAST AND YOU KNOW I HURTED !" I Yelled. 

  "Then what THE FUCK HAPPENED TO MAKE YOU PUT A INNOCENT GIRL IN THE HOSPITAL IN A COMA!" He yelled .

  Coma ? damn .

"JUS-T GET OUT !" I Yelled as tears welled up into my eyes .

  "Jacquees leave , you making her cry !" Mir Mir yelled .

  "NO ! I Wanna hear what the whore has to say ! and who is DANNY ? "

  "OKAY ! I WAS GANG RAPED OKAY ? THEY TOOK EVERYTHING THAT WAS LEFT AWAY FROM ME ! I WAS ONLY 14 YEARS OLD ! THEY TOOK MY PRIDE ! THEY CALLED ME EVERY BAD FUCKING NAME IN THE BOOK AND I WAS STUCK THERE FOR A WEEK ! JUST LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE AND STAY AWAY FROM ME ! I HATE YOU! AND DANNY IS MY BROTHER FROM THE FOSTER HOME " I screamed with tears running down my face.

   Everybody stood there frozen.  Nobody said anything.  Shawn grabbed me as I cried into his chest. 

  "Zö-" Jacquees started but I cut him off .

  "EVERYBODY GET OUT ! GET OUT NOW !" I Screamed . I felt everybody leave minutes later.

  Shawn rocked me back & forth as I cried into his chest . Fuck my life! I wanna go back to Ms . Tina !

  I eventually cried myself to sleep. Nobody was no longer in the room. Good . My phone started to ring ..

  "Hello ?" I slowly said not bothering to look at the ID .

  "Zöey ! its me Danny are you alright ?" Danny said concerned. I smiled a bit .

"Yea I'm okay , just a little sad I guess"

"Oh. I was calling to check up on you, Ms.Tina told me everything"

"Thanks , It means alot."

"Your welcome , So I heard you did damage." he laughed at the end.

  "Yea . she called me a whore so I pounded her face"

  "your a baddie sis" he laughed .

  "Thanks, I know"

  We talked for a couple more hours until I got sleepy again . Danny made me feel better .
