-4 months later-
I look up, terrified to meet the sky-blue eyes of the man who I have come to love so much. I have never been so scared in my life. I look down to the forming blue and purple bruises surfacing on my stomach. I cry out in pain as the Swede's leg kicks me once more. His friends laughing in the background and cheering him on.
Once, I wasn't scared of life. Once, I wasn't afraid to face reality and confront my problems. Now, I can't even walk out of my own home without being ambushed and abused.
Is this what my life has become?
The person who I have come to love most in this world, has betrayed me, has beaten me, has hurt me. But he has loved me, and cared for me, and helped me. I don't know what to do anymore. Somebody help me. Please.
