Tory's POV

I didn't say anything as he walks in I just stare at him whole he takes off his shoes and hat.

"Aren't you going to yell at me?" he finally asks as he stands awkwardly in front of the door.

"After you explain yourself." I say trying to be calm as can be even though I was fuming inside.

"Ok look It's complicating and difficult to tell you." He try's to explain

"How?" I ask "hm how is it that hard to tell me your gonna go hang out with justin and ali?" I ask now angry.

"Because there's more to it then just that."He says now I can see the frustration in his eyes as he try's to keep his anger down.

"Then tell me! why can't you tell me? why!" I yell back

"Because it's for your own good." he says

"For my own good? Since when have you chose what's good and bad for me?" your my fuckin dad now?" I ask knitting my eyebrows together scowling at him

"Tory why can't you just let it go ok I'm sorry." he says moving closer to me.

"No." I say pushing him away walking as quickly as possible almost at a run

"Why can't accept my apology?" he asked

"Because you know how I am about this type of stuff." I said tears flooding my eyes now my vision blurred as I walk into the room

"What that you can't accept an apology?" He says his snide remark makes even madder.

"Why can't you tell me why you lied then I would be able to accept your lame ass apology!" I yell across the room at him.

"Because it will hurt you, and when your hurt I'm hurt." He says his face soften

"Really don't play that shit with me austin." I say he is really being retarded I sigh and try and walk off but there no where to go.

"Ok." Is all he says before walking out hurt is smeared all over his face as he walks out.

"Austin..." I sigh following close behind him. "I'm sorry." I say before realizing what I am doing he should be the one that is saying sorry not me. "actually no you should be the one saying sorry I am the one that just went through I don't even know what feeling I that was but it was the most horrible fucking feeling to go through your the one that needs to say sorry and give me an explanation damn why do you do that you make me feel like the bad person like I should be begging at your feet begging for forgiveness damn why can't you just say parry and explain you know I am understanding."

"I know it's just that I can't just tell you Its hard because if I tell you I won't know that much." he said combing his hands through his hair

"What?" I ask I am truly confused now "what are you talking about?" I ask I can't tell that now I know it's something more then just a little white lie.

"if I tell you. your gonna ask questions. and I won't have answers to them." he says

"Ok just tell me and I won't ask that many questions." I say

he breathes in deep and sighs. I can tell he was debating whether or not he should tell me or not.

"Ok so you know how Justin got caught smoking?" he said

I felt my eyes popping out of my head as I nod.

"Well he's now smoking and drinking but Ali only knows about the drinking."
