"HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!"
"WOOOHHH!!"
"LET'S GET THIS PARTY START! TURN UP THE MUSIC ANDY!"
Andy jogged from the circle of our friends on the beach and over to the ipod dock that was sat on top of the beach house and turn up the already eardrum blasting music like Mike had told him to. He turned back to face me and the rest of our friends, then ran back to wards his friend Mike and his girlfriend Ally.
"WOOOHHH!!"
Andy let out the loudest shout of celebration and then continued to suck the life out of Ally by going back to their very public make out session.
Last day of school till the end of January. We had all made our way to the beach after the annual Christmas service as we had done since grade 7 to celebrate our holiday and the Christmas holidays around the corner.
"Holly!"
I turned in the direction of the voice that was calling my name. It was Amber one of my closes friends.
"Yes Amber?"
"Pass me another can of Malibu would you"
I looked at the box holding the drinks next to me and back at Amber.
"Amber i don't think that's a good idea. You've already had two and you know what happens with Alcohol and open water. I don't know how you got them anyway your underage..."
Amber rolled her eyes, got up from where she was sat with Landon and Jack and walked over to me, leaned over, opened the box and took out the can of Malibu she had asked me to get her just moments ago.
She then stood up straight, flipped her long ombre hair over her shoulders and looked me right in the eyes.
"I'm not stupid Holly and stop being my mother, I know how to swim!"
Amber flipped her hair once more for effect and started to walk back to wards Landon and Jack but stopped half way and turned to face me, her face sly, cunning and devious.
"Anyway, if i do start drowning i know you'll save me"
She spun around on the balls of her feet and continued walking to the boys.
I had a feeling this night was going to take a turn for the worst but I couldn't do anything to stop it.
