Flame Prince: Rabbit (Adventure Time)

  You are laying down in the middle of the woods, watching the clouds. You bored out of your mind, there is nothing to do, and all your friends are busy.
  "That one looks like a cat." You say to yourself and sigh softly. "I wish I had something to do."
  As soon as you said that, a small, brown rabbit hops out of the bushes. You turn your head towards the rabbit and smile softly.
  "Hiya bunny."
  The small rabbit sniffs the air, then slowly walks towards you. You reach out your hand so the bunny can sniff it, careful to make your movements slow and obvious.
  The rabbit sniffs your hand, and deems you safe. They let you gently pet their head.
  "You're really soft." You say and they looks up at you with their big brown eyes and makes soft rabbit noises.
  "I see you made a new friend. " A familiar voice says infront of you. You look up and see your best friend, Flame Prince infront of you. A small trail of fire is behind him from where he was walking.
  "Hey FP, this little guy hoped out of the bushes  now we are friends. Also, I thought you were busy?" You sit up, making sure not to scare off the bunny.
  "How do you know its a boy? And I finished up all my work." He walks over to you and sitting next to you. The rabbit seems a bit frightened by the sudden heat and bright light radiating off of Flame Prince's body.
  "Hey, nothing to be afraid off little bunny." You say to the rabbit, but he is slowly backing away. You frown as he runs back into the bushes, kicking up some dirt with his back feet.
  "I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to scare him off." Flame Prince says sadly. You look at him with a small smile.
  "Its okay. I'm sure I'll see em another day."
  He still seems a bit sad and you frown a bit as well.
  "Hey.. Lets go back to my place. The sun is starting to hurt my eyes." You say while standing up. Flame chuckles and stands up as well.
  "You need to get out more."
  You pick up a stick and poke him in the arm.
  "You hush."

  Once at your house, you put down a fire proof blanket on the couch so Flame Prince can sit down.
  You sit down next to him and put a bit of the blanket over his lap. You lay your head on his lap and sigh.
  "Today feels so looong." You whine a little.
  Flame doesn't hear what you said. He is more focused on your head in his lap.
  Lately, you two have been getting a bit closer. You guys have cuddled a couple times, and laying your head in his lap is nothing new. But it still makes his heart race and his face heat up. Lucky for him, his blush isn't visibly due to his body colour.
  You opens your eyes and look up at him because he usually replies whenever you say something.
  "Hey, you okay?" You ask while furrowing your brows. Flame Prince widens his eyes slightly.
  "Huh? Yeah. I'm fine."
  You frown and sit up, not believing that his fine.
  "FP, you've been acting differently. What's wrong?" You look at him with worry in your e/c eyes.
  "Well.. I don't know why, but my body feels weird when I'm around you. My flame gets a bit hotter, and I just want to hug and hold you all day." He looks at you while your cheeks turn bright red.
  "R-Really..?" You stutter out and he nods.
  "Is this feeling bad?" He asks with a worried look.
  "No no! Not at all. It just took me by surprise is all. I feel the same way about you as well." You scratch the back of your neck, not making eye contact with Flame Prince.
  "What does that mean then? I've never felt like this before."
  You giggle lightly and look at him.
  "Those feelings mean that you like me, romanticly. And I like you too." You say with a small smile.
  Flame Prince blushes. He has read love novels, so he knows what you mean by romanticly. But he feels stupid for not knowing that. He mentally face palms himself.
  "Is something wrong?" You ask, and he shakes his head.
  "No, I just can't believe I didn't think of that." He sighs.
  You laugh and Flame Prince pouts.
  "Why are you laughing?" The prince of the fire kingdom asks.
  "Because you're adorable." You say while putting the rest of the fire proof blanket over his torso and hug him.
  "Y/N. Are we, you know, a thing now?"
  "Yup."
  Flame Prince smiles and kisses your forehead quickly, making sure not to burn you. You look up at him and smile.
  "You're adorable."
