Shenell POV

I was laying down on the couch watching my favorite show Boondocks when my boyfriend Shane walk through the door its after 5pm so I know he was coming from work.

"Hey bae" He walk over to where I was and pecked my lips

"Hey" I said dryly

"Bae you still mad at me, I told you I was sorry I didn't mean to hit you it's just that you were really getting on my nerves last night"

"But that doesn't give you the right to hit me!"

"I'm sorry aight, you know I don't mean it I love you Shenell and I'll always love you" he said wrapping his arm around my waist and kissing my neck "Do you forgive me, I promise I won't do it again"

"OK I forgive you"

"Thank you bae but can you do me a favor and run to the store real quick and get me some wrap for my blunt please and can you get some groceries while you at it the fridge is kinda empty"

"Nigga I know you ain't want me to go to the store with a black eye!" He can't be serious. 

"Please you can just put these shades on" he said giving me the shades so I could put on.

"Your lucky I like your ole skinny ass" I said laughing as I left.

It was only a thirty minute drive from my house to the store.

As I walked in the store I headed to the aisle with the female products to get me a few things.

As I stroll through the store with my shopping cart as I search the selves my phone started to ring and I already knew it was Shane.

"Hello" I answered rolling my eyes as if he could see me.

"Can you get me some snacks because you know after I get high I get the munchies, love you bye" and he hung up.

"I swear that nigga can get on my last nerves" As I said that something crash into me causing my shopping cart to fall I didn't even bother to see what it was I just started to pick everything up and put it in my cart.

"I'm sorry ma I didn't see you there I was scrolling on my Instagram page and kinda got distracted " the guy said as he bent down to help me pick up my groceries.

"Well you should watch where the fuc....!!" I froze as I say his face " Don't worry about it, it's my fault "

He smile at me and I just buried my head down but my shades fell off, Oh Great.

As I quickly tried to put my shades back on he stopped my hand and lift my chin so that I was looking him directly in the face.

"Who did dis tuh yah ma" he said but I just remain silent "you know a pretty girl like you shouldn't be letting nobody put their hands on ya, You deserve better Dan dat"

"It's nothing, really I just slip, don't worry about it I'm fine" I reassured him.

He pick me up off the ground and he was now standing In front of me as I look everywhere except in his direction.

"So you gon' tell me dat you just fell and gave yah self a black eye " he said being sarcastic. "What's your name shawty"

"I'm Shenell but everybody calls me shen" This Nigga was fine.

"Nice to meet yuh ma , I'm August Alsina"

August POV

Damn Shenell was bad and as in bad I meant she was Hella fine.

 She was light skinned and Lil mama had a nice Lil smile with pearly whites teeth. Shawty had on a black tee-shirt and some booty shorts and let me tell you she had a lotta ass on her. She had on a Nike slides with a messy bun on top of her head.
She look comfortable and that's what I like to see and most of all she didn't jump all on me as other females do when they see me and I respect her fa dat.

"So can I get your number, if yah don't mind ma" I said hoping she would give it to me .

"Yea give me your phone so I can put my number in" she said as we exchange phones so we could put in each others phone number." I saved it under Shen" she said giving me back my phone.

"I'll save mines under August, you can use my number anytime, and I mean Anytime" I said be flirtatious.

"OK I will but I really have to go" she tried walking pass me but I grab her hand as we both look down on our hands as our finger lock together and I smiled at her as she blushed.

I liked that I got her to blush it was cute as fuck.

"OK I'll see you around aight" she said as I let go of her hand.

I watch her walk away just so I could watch her ass move.

"Damn" was all I could say.

Shenell POV

As I left the store on my ride home I couldn't stop thinking about August like he truly was fine I knew God took his time on that man. I tried to take my mind off everything and just listen to some music. I put Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown ' Right by my side' as I rap Nicki's part all the way home.

As I pull in my driveway and got my bags out of the back of my black BMW and headed inside to the kitchen cabinets.

I knew Shane was taking a shower because I could the hear the water running. I just pack the groceries and set out his snacks for him when he gets out but as I took everything outta the bag I realized that I forgot to get the wrap for Shane's blunt.

Someone cleared their throats snapping me out of my thoughts.
I turn around to see Shane standing there with a towel around his waist and water dripping down his body.

He walks slowly over to the counter where I was and started to kiss my neck but he knows we weren't going to have sex because I was still upset with his ass.

"Umm baby I forgot to get your wrap while I was at the store"

He step away from me standing in front of me.

"The Fuck you mean you forgot the wrap that was the main reason your ass went to the store, how could you forget my shit man! " He yelled at me as I jump at his tone.

"I sorry I got distracted and...." I was cut off by him punching me In the mouth.

"How the Fuck you gon' get distracted what was so important that you forgot the main reason you went there!"

He grab my hair and threw me on the ground and start kicking me in my stomach.

"I'm sorry! Please stop! Stop!"

But he didn't stop just kept on kicking and kicking.

I got up and quickly ran through the door even though my stomach was hurting awfully bad I just had to get away.
