She does not look scared. She looks happy, almost, to be away from her mother. To be coming on this new adventure with me. The young girl, maybe around 10, does not complain. She sits quietly in the back of my truck.
I almost feel sorry. I know it must stink. A lot of girls have sat in the same spot as her, and I'm much to busy to clean. Maybe I'll clean it out after we get back to the house. A special girl deserves special treatment, after all. And this girl is special.
