The New Boy Upstairs

~Chapter 1~

I groaned listening as my alarm brought me back to reality and out of my dreams.Keeping my eyes closed I picked up my phone next to me sliding it and putting it back down turning over attempting to go back to sleep. After 5 minutes with my eyes just closed and my body having to intentions of going back to sleeping I opened my eyes moving my body up to look out the window seeing fog.Sighing I reached over opening my window feeling a nice breeze come in my room my room is always warm so whenever it's cold in the morning I leave the window open so that when I come home it's not the pits of hell in my room.Sitting up I rubbed my hands over my face leaning my back on the wall putting my  knees up yawning after a couple more minutes I decided to start getting ready so getting off my bed was apart of that and honestly that's the worst part of the morning getting out my bed because whenever I have to leave it suddenly it becomes the most comfortable warmest bed ever but when I have to get in bed it's like a bed of nails what the fudge man.After my mini thought rant I stood up walking to my closet looking at my clothes rubbing my stomach taking out a pair of black jeans and a grey t shirt with my Nike wind runner jacket I went to grab a towel but realized I took a shower last night sighing I turned around walking to my bed placing my stuff on the bed closing my curtains and getting dressed once I finished I went to the bathroom that was in between me and Liv's room I walked into the bathroom and looked in the mirror laughing seeing the birds nest that sat on top of my hair grabbing a comb off the counter and attempting to tame this wild thing resting on my head.I took my hair out the bun well it was a bun when I fell asleep now it was just a hair tye resting in my hair I rolled the hair tye onto my wrist brushing out all the tangles and knots once it was tangle free I looked at my flat iron and spray bottle decided on natural of straight i do have the time taking a shower last night but if i straighten my hair i will have to rush and if i leave it natural i can put on some make up and eat breakfast tapping my chin I grabbed a spray bottle that had water in it and sprayed my all of my hair until it was damp then put in my products drying the ends so it wasn't dripping everywhere.After my hair was done I brushed my teeth and put on come perfume once I finished I walked out the bathroom seeing a sleepy Liv emerge from her room rubbing her eyes I smiled "Morning sunshine" she looked up and grunted walking in the bathroom I laughed walking to mine sitting on the floor in front of my mirror putting on simple simple make up the base and all that with mascara eyeliner and tinted chap stick. Smiling I flipped my hair over my shoulder putting on my black hightop vans and stood up walking over to my desk packing away all my stuff last night I was too tired to do anything but thank god today is Thursday then tomorrow is Friday then Saturday and I can sleep in all day and that sound like heaven right now.I put on my backpack grabbing my phone off the charger and taking my charger and headphones putting them in my bag walking out to the kitchen seeing mom eating oatmeal I put my bag on the table "Good morning madre" "Good morning honey sleep well" "Yeah it was fine just ready to get this day over with" "It'll be over before you know it" "I know dad left already" "Yes he had a 5 am meeting" I furrowed my brows "Oh no oh no 5 am no no" she laughed I grabbed a granola bar and a protein shake

I sat in the school news room sitting on my stool as Paige was getting her cards ready I got mine the set crew was setting up the background I spun side to side making facing looking at my cards Mrs.Yvonne walking placing the two mugs on the table which had coffee in it and on the front it said the school name I smiled "Thank you" "Of course sweetheart" she sat in her seat Paige turned looking at the camera nodding as one of the guys Jake talked to her and I have to say my best friend looked extremely cute today she had on black jeans with the rips in them then a white shirt an army green jacket with a flannel scarf and brown boots her hair curled make up poppin as always she skipped over to me sitting in her chair sighing "Ready girls" we nodded "Ready" Jake stood behind the camera Mrs.Yvonne sat at the monitors watching making sure the stream was working "OK in 3..2.." he pointed at us "Good morning New Rochelle High school" "It's Thursday September 8th 2016" "Hope your having an amazing morning" "Please join us for the the pledge" we smiled and we cut it putting in a picture of the flag Steven walked over to us putting the microphone to us we stood and said the  pledge after we finished we sat and smiled "You know what's gonna happen first Birthday Shout out" we smiled

I sat in class the last class of the day and there is like 5 minutes left I sighed crossing my legs putting my jacket over my mouth sitting back with my arms crossed everyone was finishing a test I had finished already like 20 minutes ago and got my grade  back already 92 my music was in and I was ready to go home now I glanced at the clock 3 minutes I closed my eyes putting my head on my palm when the bell rang I grabbed my bag walking out waiting to Paige knowing she was flirting with someone after a couple more seconds she walked out i took out an ear bud and we talked about the day "So ready for tomorrow" "what is tomorrow" "pictures of the club fair tomorrow" "Oh yeah I forgot that was tomorrow but yeah i'm ready" "Good" we walked in a comfortable silence to the house "Ok i'll text you tonight" "Ok have fun babysitting" "Fuck off" she walked to her building I laughed walking up the stairs to my building putting in the passcode walking  in the lobby taking out my key checking the mail just some letters taking it out and locking it back I walked over to the elevator getting on pressing floor "wait" I heard someone yell from down the hall quickly before the door closed I pressed the 'hold' button and the door slid open a boy got on mumbling "Thanks" I smiled "Of course , floor ?" "5" I nodded pressing the button and the door closed he leaned against the wall staring at the floor with his headphones in I gave him a full look over I've never seen him before especially someone so hot he had brown curly hair with matching eyebrows surprisingly not bushing nor to narrow more of the perfect eyebrows with nice plump lips black studs stood out against his light brown skin and the most mesmerizing of all his bright green eyes I smiled and the floor dinged i stood up straight walking out going down the hall to my room unlocking it i walked in placing the mail and my keys on the table and putting my bag down homework done in study hall I walked back to my room taking off my sneakers my jacket flopping on the bed groaning closing my eyes and the boy kept flashing through my mind i smiled holding my pillow closing my eyes
