Chapter Three (unedited)
The car sped faster, faster then I'd imagined. My soul forgotten that I began to clutch on the roof to prevent myself from leaving my seat
This is a nightmare!
Cole wasn't bothered though. His eyes had widen from the great speed that he hollers out different kinds of his gibberish words. Well they did sound gibberish from all the sounds from my heartbeat and the car
"Oh my god Cole!" I screamed when I realized they had made it to a point of turning and this was my problem. I always hated when cars turn. They somhow make me sick when my body gets thrown and get caught out of the Webb we call seatbelts. Let's just say it hurts since I get easily injured
"Hold on sweetheart!l this time the car drifted. My scream barely coming out when it fought for release only to shove it down when a wave of dizziness came
Oh no
Not now
God not now please
"Cole? I think I'm going to be sick" I choked but Cole didn't listen. He was in this full blown laugh to even care for his seat mate. His eyes seemed like a wild cat, ready to pounce at anything that came near his car and when the car kept speeding up, my breath loosened.
The man on the other side seemed to catch up to us. The head of the trunk seemed to peek through Coles window and just thinking about the bet my stomach hurt more
"You know what, go drive faster" I explained until I cursed when he finally got first
No way was I going with him
"Cole faster"
"I'm trying sweetheart. Don't kill my focus cause I damn won't give you to that sore loser"
Well that helped a lot
I began to watch. It seemed that my head was losing air. Losing my sanity when I watched two car which The other I'm currently in fought to go first and when they engaged to drift to another turn, The other guy got there faster and somehow he swiftly turned where he was now in front if us
"Oh shit faster Cole!" I screamed once more while I watched it turn. Our car seemed to slow down with the driver not even bothered by it
"Cole- wha- go faster we're behind him! I swear if we lose I'll leave this-"suddenly I screamed. Cole hit the accelerator that I felt like I just left my soul in the road. I couldn't even explain how my mind just went blank, my eye gone up to my brains and my hands flailing around from the intensity. I literally give up
I didn't know how long it took. Maybe it was minutes or even got closer to an hour, I didn't care because The next thing I knew. Our car had out passed the other driver who seemed too pissed until I heard people cheering and screaming Coles name.
They chanted him like a hero. His name seemed to speak a winner and just when Cole turned to look at me. Hair messed up, eyes wide as saucers. Cole definitely looked like a kid who just accomplished something so hard
