On Monday, everything was back to normal. Hannah didn't even mention what happened, Joseph was now holding hands with Emma's best friend and I was observing everything through what seemed like a piece of one-way glass.
I was so focused on everyone's drama that it caused me to totally forget about mine.
Chuck Bass. I had a slight crush on him in the 8th grade but forgot about him over the summer.
He was intriguing. Chuck was a genius but covered it up by not doing class work and smoking weed. On Tuesday, me and Wendy were walking through the hallway when he was right next to us. I forgot what he said but out of that whole sentence, all I could focus on was how deep his voice got over the summer.
Chuck was actually quite good looking, he was around my height (aka: short) with brown slick hair that slightly sweept to the side. Wendy said something and I came out of dais. After registering everything I made a joke about how the school made me want to kill my self, and average joke of mine, that made him chuckle.
My goal was accomplished by the time got to my class. This was the first time we have spoken since last year.
The next couple of days Chuck Bass failed to make it to school because of the hurricane. Thanks Matthew. All bus riders were excused.
The only reason that I noticed why he wasn't at school was because he sat at the same lunch table as me.
