When we get to the island there's commotion everywhere. And when I say everywhere I mean it.
"Oh, Cygnet, Cedrick, it's so good to see the both of you." Beatrice replied in which sounds like an exhausted tone.
"Where's everyone."
"They're waiting for you inside."
"Liam, Alex is that you."
I recognised that voice, we were with him about 3 hours ago. All of a sudden I am enveloped in a giant hug along with Liam by my old friend Ian.
"Ian I missed you so much."
"Liam, it's only been 3 hours."
"I know but it feels like 3 months."
Ok so word got out that Kyle and Neal are still alive and looking for me and Alex.
"Where's Crystal?"
"Don't worry she said she's on her way, I was just on the phone to her." Asher replied.
We all head into the grand hall expecting my aunt and uncle standing there. But instead came a shock that I was never intending. Both of my fathers standing there looking me straight in the eye.
"Dad, other dad that I thought was dead, wha-why, HOW!"
"Astie, Astie, Ast-"
"WOAH."
I woke up to a holt only to find Liam with a worried look on his face. I look in the mirror and sweat is gleaming down my face.
"Astie what happened."
"I had a dream that Neal and Kyle were still alive and you were there and Alex and Asher and Trice, everyone was there."
"Don't worry, you know that Neal died and Kyle's long gone."
"Are we in Kovorelle?"
"Yes, after giving Ian a hug and catching up with Tris, you just blacked out."
"Oh ok, well I'm fine, so what's the problem."
All of a sudden Alex comes busting in.
"What the hell dude!"
"What I told you I would let you know when she wakes up."
"Yet, here I am having to barge in to see my sister all because her boyfriends too lazy to let me know." He's glaring holes into Liam's back.
"Sorry dude, next time." Sending Alex a sly wink.
"Cygnet, the situation has been handled, false alarm, they just needed conformation for the Democracy."
"The planes ready now, we should head back home Astie."
"Ok." I replied nonchalantly.
When we finally make it back to our place I don't even give the bed a second thought before diving under the sheets. Followed by Liam.
"I hope your ok Astrid, I really do."
And with that, we were both fast asleep.

The morning creeps up on us like a wet blanket.
We arrive at school only to be greeted by Janet.
"Good morning Liam, good morning Astrid."
"Morning Janet."
"Morning Momma J."
"I shall see you two in class ok."
"Huh, that was weird wasn't it, she seemed, almost scared or hesitant."
"Oh well, let's instigate later ok, I need to go and photo copy my work for the teacher, see you soon Liam."
We both parts ways.
While channeling the empty halls I receive a text from a private number.
'Meet me in the maths unit downstairs NOW, I can see if you don't follow my orders, I have people watching.'
My voice hitched as I racked my brain to try and think of who it might be.
I make my way and all of a sudden I'm pulled into an empty janitorial closet.
"What the hell." I go to reach for the door but someone beats me to it.
"Liam, boy am I glad to see you."
"Felix, what the hell are you doing here."
I turn around to see my friend Felix standing there with a look of amusement.
"Just visiting my two favourite people in the world, sorry I couldn't make it to Korovelle."
"What are you doing here though?"
"Well I'm here for a 2 day tournament, I'll be up against your top fencers."
"Oh cool."
"Anyways, I gotta go warm up, see you back at your place after school." He shouted from the end of the hallway.
"Hey Astrid, I have to go, see you in class ok." He gave me a quick kiss and walked off.
I go photo copy my homework for the teacher, but for some reason I have a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. I don't know why but I guess I'll soon find out right?

It's study spell and I'm on my way to the library to finish off the last of my assignments. As I was just about to enter the library, someone crashed into me, causing me to drop my books.
"Watch where your going."
My palms were sweating as I slowly looked up to come face to face with him.
"Xavier."
