What a sad state it's turned out to be
It's said together we stand, divided we fall
But day n night 🌃 hearts are crushed in fear 😱
Cries are heard throughout the city streets
Infants passing away like waste as poverty sweeps the cities
Where is d love?
Where is d peace?
Where r u... Unity
Our world 🌍 has been in this circle of pain as times passes
Also said that light is at the end of every tunnel
But how long must me walk
How long can our legs carry us?
How long must our feet bleed?
Love, peace, Unity...show ur face to this vain living
Come now n bind us... Unity
Here we are again at our bed side
Saying words of prayer...
So as we sleep we r never captured by death
So I eyelids open to a better tomorrow
So we have a brighter future 🔮
We grasp unto every glimpse of hope
Hope for our generation
Hope for our leaders
Hope for peace
And above all we rest our anchor ⚓
on Unity in our Nations
