Colors of Our Love (Phan) OFF HOLD

His Jeans

         Mummy went out drinking again today, so I went over to Sophie's to play. Sophie is my bestest friend. She's really pretty, so is her brother. He's two years older than me and really nice. He takes care of me sometimes.

I go up to my room and decide to wear my new jeans over to Sophie's. They are blue and clean and pretty. After getting dressed. I head over to Sophie's.

———Time skip because I'm lazy———

"Hi Mrs. Josie. Is Sophie home" I ask excitedly as her mom opens the door.

"Not at the moment. Derek took her down to the playground. You are welcome to go join them"

"Thanks" I exclaim, running down the driveway to head to the park.

When I got to the park, I saw Derek pushing Sophie on the swing.

"Oh oh oh push me too Derek" I squealed running over to the empty swing next to Sophie and climbing on

"Alright Philly, just hold on tight"  he pushed me and I soared like a like a bird.

As I looked across the park, I saw a boy in the grass on his back and staring at the clouds. I continued to swing a bit more before jumping off, telling Derek and Sophie I would be right back and running towards the boy.

As I got closer, I could see that he had brown hair and a pretty face that looked soft and squishy. I laid down next to him.

"What are you looking at?"

"Ever wonder why the sky above England always looks so grey and dull?"

"It's because of our la...li...loo...latitude and longitude silly. I learned that in school. Do you go to school? Where at? I've never seen you before" I rambled on.

"I just moved here.  I haven't gotten a chance to go to school"

"Maybe we'll go to the same one! I'm Phillip, but I like Phil better. "

"I'm Daniel, but I go by Dan"

"Nice to meet you Dan" I tell him. Then Sophie runs up.

"Philly. We're leaving. Are you coming too"
"Yeah" I get off the ground and turn back to Dan"

"See you later"

"Bye"

Sophie and I go running back to Derek and he look at me laughingly.

"Oh Philly. Your jeans are covered in mud" He smiles. I turn slightly to see the back of my pants and I get sad to see that my new blue jeans are dirty. Then, I look over to see look at Dan, but he's not there.

"Let's go" Sophie grabs my arm and pulls me along back to her house. Derek trailing along with us.

(Oh my God Lizzie. You finally finished a chapter.     Yeah... I'm not super happy with this one, but I have some oneshots I want to write and wanted to finish this chapter first. I know the lyric about jeans is the last of the list, but for sake of the story, I'm going backwards. I really hope you liked this. Hopefully it will have 6 or 7 chapters, but it will still be good.
